Great relaxing atmosphere. Services was fast and nice. Best fried chicken I’ve eaten in along time. The cornbread is good just the right amount of sweet and I ate the whole large mac and cheese myself it was nice and slightly creamy. Such a good place to eat a must try.

The place is very clean very wiped down everything very organized. The customer service not so much great the food is awesome. If you like collard greens with a taint of sugar, they got them, but they are good. The fried chicken is good the fry Okra is good just ask them to fry the okra a little bit crispy but everything else they serve is good except for the macaroni and cheese but if you like instant macaroni and cheese, then you will like it but for overall, the places is good. I went there Sunday for a meeting and the young lady with the earpiece across her ear tall dark skin she was very rude and dismissive.
The young lady that greeted me in that was wiping down tables. Very nice. The restroom did not work. That was a problem for me because it was an elder Lady came in with her family and they could not use the restroom. Neither could I but I feel like if the restroom didn’t work they should’ve just said it only takeout not dying in. There are a lot of people that have issues they they just called and the battery need to be changed. Change the batteries 20 have to go to the restroom and when you ask them about it was real rude about it. I am a big believer on customer service no matter what I go at what I do it’s customer service for me and also I have to check myself when it comes to customer service as well because there’s not a easy job but if you know, you can’t do customer service get behind the wall and work from there.

Wow we really loved this place, small menu, nice people. Fried chicken on point! Fried in all natural beef tallow. Ribs were delicious and tender. Red beans n rice was great and so was the corn bread. 12.95 for the rib lunch was perfect.

I live out of town but was in town visiting my brother for the holidays, and he wanted me to try this place. The ribs were so tasty/tender. The greens needed a little hot cause, my preference, but they were deliss. The okra, on the other hand, was probably the best I’ve every had. The customer survice, which we know can ruin a business, was excellent also. I can’t wait to my return visit to this restaurant.

The fried chicken is crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the sides are just as good. I tried the fried okra and it was perfectly crispy and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, and the staff was really nice and welcoming. A great spot for fried chicken and Southern sides.

This was my first time eating at Cozy Coop on 2500 Barrett Creek Blvd in Marietta GA and the food and service was AWESOME. Kudos to Jahna and Deanna for their great personality and hospitality. Jahna you can tell that she really cares about her customers and her employment. She is such a hard and dedicated employee. The girl at front cash was super amazing just now. Unfortunately after my first bite of this chicken sandwich. Not 9 dollars worth. It’s not that big and tastes like other sandwiches I’ve had. Next time I guess I’ll have to get something else for more food for my money and not a crushed bun. But hey I bought it. You live and learn. But it’s ok not great.
I take it back. The sandwich was not worth 9.50. I could have went to Burger King and had a better chicken sandwich. Idk if I want to come back and pay money for chewy chicken. Not cool. I’ve had way better. First impressions for a restaurants food is everything. You guys dropped the ball and failed but your cozy sauce is good. Just I don’t eat chewy chicken sorry

Customer service 20/10 as a first timer and undecided the young lady was very patient and assisted me with what to order for me and my family. Not overly priced. Fried chicken is good. Collards are well seasoned. Red Beans and rice was good as well. Everyone was friendly and made me and my family feel welcomed. The establishment was clean from top to bottom will definitely be back.

UPDATE: Adding a picture from my most recent visit and the Mac n cheese is STILL dry unlike the restaurants claim that it is usually creamy. Ate everything except that 1 side. Just wanted to order it again to give a fair shot. Although it may be moist when others go, that has not been MY experience.

Only complaint was the extra dry macaroni. All else was on point. We’ll definitely be back to this local gem.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star. I could not because every time we eat here the staff isn’t very friendly. On two separate occasions the staff seem very annoyed or did not prioritise my privacy.
We are in person for the first time here and my husband ordered the cozy fries and he asked for an extra hot honey. I’m filling up my drink and clearly heard him request to be charged for an extra hot honey. But the cashier claimed she didn’t charge him for one although the receipt reflects he was. She then claims well just because we order delivery online that the cosy fries don’t come with a free hot honey when in-person. But that isn’t true because we have ordered delivery online atleast several times in the last month and each time the fries come with a hot honey and we add an extra one. Instead of arguing with the cashier I just went ahead and paid the 80 cent again but they need to advise their cashiers what items are served with what. The Hispanic girl with glasses was are cashier and was very rude but we remained calm because obviously we like the food we eat here often since moving to GA 3 months ago.
