I tried birria which were lacking flavor. I liked the color of the consomme but there was something bitter in it. Tostada was decent but I like the flat shell. The burrito & enchilada combo was average Americanized Mexican. The burrito had chicken and seemed boiled with no spices. The enchilada sauce was what carried the dish. Queso fundido was outstanding.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and came over for a take out salad. I ordered the Cozumel salad with chicken. It was huge and came with a bag of tortilla chips and salsa. It had fresh crisp lettuce as well as red and green peppers. It was loaded with lots of real chicken(not the pressed formed type Wendy’s uses in their salads). The chicken was well seasoned, and I’m telling you, there was a LOT of chicken in the salad! The salad was big enough to serve 2 people! I will definitely come here again next time I’m in town!

Our Waiter was very attentive , courteous , friendly , accommodating. He got our orders right.. the food was delicious.. atmosphere was fun and not too loud! Fairly kid friendly and enjoyed our food!

I absolutely love this place, their food and their service is second to none truly. Martin (our bartender) and Alberto (the manager) were just amazing, the drinks were so smooth and delicious. Plus, the manager even gave me a nice gift (Ink pens are cool to me, lol). The fruit and herbs (mint/oranges) were all freshly sliced not just sitting in containers and the food was so well seasoned and fresh. I could say so much more but than my review would be too long. Just go try them out guys, you won’t be disappointed. My new favorite place to eat!!!

Was right down the street from our hotel everything else was closing so we decided to try it out, food was amazing service was great. The house made chorizo was some the best I’ve had in awhile. We are very picky about Mexican food, so trust when I say this place is awesome

I grew up going to the Cozumel in Brunswick but wasn’t ready for how impressed I was gonna be by this one.
The food was great. The chips were salted well and we couldn’t get enough of them. I love that each of us got our own bowl of salsa. I would be very surprised if it wasn’t made in house too. There were some pretty large chunks of red onion so it wasn’t just a puree. I also got a pretty bit piece of super hot jalapeno towards the bottom of my bowl that wasn’t in any of the other bites, so it felt like it wasn’t from a store. The Burrito A La Diabla was nice and spicy. The chicken was either coated with or marinated in a nice hot sauce, not just thrown in there from the normal grilled chicken. The rice was fine, not super flavorful, but nice and tender. The beans blew me away. They weren’t blended up and fried, they were still whole and super tasty. There might have been pork in there too. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been impressed by beans before. The Fajita Rice Bowl was good. The Fish Tacos were also good and came with some really fresh guac that wasn’t even listed on the menu’s description. Drinks were filled to the brim. The menus were super clean and salsa proof too.
Service was fast and friendly. All the employees looked like they just had their hair cut, very clean and professional looking.
They’ve got hand blown glass light fixtures, laser cut metal art, murals on the wall, everything looked great. Even their floor and the plastic dividers between the booths were nice. I’m very impressed.

Was so happy to see me and my bfs favorite restaurant is open on weekends till 1:30 am now so we went there last night, I always like to over tip bc I believe Hispanics have amazing work ethic and very hard working and I have also been a server in the past but we had a girl last night who didn’t check on any of her tables she didn’t bring out our food a food runner did she threw the silver ware on our table for starters , I’m not over exaggerating after the food runner dropped off our food she didnt ask us how our food was didn’t refill our water took forever to get the bill and that wasn’t until after another server had to gesture her to do so we were there for an extra 30 mins just waiting to close out. Everytime I saw her she was lolly gagging at the front where the host stand was while every other worker was giving great service to their tables. I still tipped bc I really like the restaurant and hoping a percentage of it would go to the bussers or other staff but that was probably the worst service I’ve had from a server at any restaurant I don’t even know if she was faded or drunk but I don’t know why they let her serve when the table across from us who had her as well we’re having issues as well. Like I’m not the type to leave reviews but they need to fire her or have a sit down bc that was so distasteful.
