We recently dined at this restaurant and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible—every dish we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Our server was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our meal. Each course arrived in a timely manner and tasted just as amazing as it looked. We left completely satisfied and can’t wait to return!

I’m hooked! I recently started eating here a couple of time per week. The service is great. The food is great. And the prices are affordable. I finally found a way to sometimes resist the Molten Chocolate cake… it’s the best! I never get bad service and it is always accompanied by a smile!

Horrible store. I ordered via DoorDash (first mistake) and received only the burgers and not the fries. This has happened before and I still ordered from there (second mistake). I can see why this store in Cedar Park has a sub 4 star rating. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Chili’s has changed their menu and it is great with new food offerings in lunch and dinner. I had the 2 meat BBQ platter, delicious in all ways and my husband had the chicken crisper platter, again delicious. Before it was at best average, now it a must go to!

Tonight is Friday, August 15th, and my partner and I’s server Jared (hoping that’s how he spells it) was a WONDERFUL help tonight. He was very patient with us when we took our time ordering, and recommended some delicious new options for our dinner that we had not tried before, such as the white queso and the dragonfruit lemonade. He made sure to take care of us well during our visit, and we’re FOR SURE gonna come back on one of his shifts again! We wanted to leave this review because we took too long filling out the Chili’s server after paying for our order, and Jared was kind enough to grab the manager on duty tonight so we could give our thanks to him verbally, and the manager actually recommended leaving this review, so I want to thank him too (I did not catch his name, but he was a gentleman wearing glasses and a purple shirt, extremely kind). On top of everything, the food tasted what I thought was the best I’ve ever eaten at any Chili’s, even when I’ve been back to this location before it topped my expectations. Great staff, great cooks, great atmosphere, and of course amazing food. So happy this place is close by!

The service was nice. Our server didn’t hover and was able to accommodate my companion’s request for a large modification of a sandwich. My chicken bacon quesadilla tasted good and was very filling.

Waiter was uninterested in our complaints. My burger was good, but nachos were not good. Husband ordered El Nino it is supposed to have three alcohols in it but tasted like lemonade. Even with all our complaints a manager never came by to acknowledge them. Waiter just said sorry about that.

Ate here tonight. I ordered an Angry Orchard. Waiter came back to say they were out of Angry Orchard. So, I ordered a Stella Artois. Waiter came back and said they were also out of Stella. It’s Chili’s Grill AND BAR, so how can you be out if two of your bar items early on a Friday night? So, I just ordered a Diet Coke. Then, that sat empty for half my meal because he didn’t come back until he brought the check.

This place has really gone down hill! Last night I just wanted a salad and soup. Mixed my dressing in the salad and a bug crawled out and the soup was so freezer burnt and salty. Disgusting!
