Mexican food is my favorite and in my travels, I’ve visited a lot of Mexican restaurants. That said, this place is in the top 2 best ever. It’s really so good. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell. The chips are so thin, light, and crispy. The salsa is delicious. This isn’t a big fancy place, but it’s clean and good. There was only 1 young woman serving when I was there so it did take extra time for service but she was working so hard, being patient wasn’t an issue. The food was worth the wait! We’re lucky to have such a great place in our rural area.

I’ve only had carryout but it’s been great every time. The food is always fresh, hot and looks fantastic. The portions are very generous and well worth the price. Everyone is also friendly and professional. Cozumel has become my favorite restaurant!
