Coyote Creek is a well appointed restaurant. My server Sierra had a fun personality and very knowledgeable about the menu. My evening began with an amazing salad and warm fresh bread. I choose the cilantro salmon as my main course. The salmon was perfectly cooked to a buttery medium rare. Accompanied by sweet french green beans. I couldn’t pass up the white chocolate cream cheese cake with a fresh strawberry, whipped cream and mint leaves.

Chipotle pasta soup was delicious along with the lettuce wraps. prime rib and Cajun fettuccine were superb. from what seemed to be a slow Saturday night the service was less than acceptable. we repeatedly finished our drinks and waited for one of our two servers to ask if we wanted a refill.

Let me start by saying the waitress was great and the food was fantastic. We had a group of roughly 40 and 1 waitress. While I walked my year old son around the dining room for 3 HOURS I couldn’t help but noticed/counted roughly 40 people in the regular dining area and 5 wait staff. None of the other wait staff helped our waitress even though every time I went to the bar to get a refill there was at least 2 to 3 wait staff hanging around the bar.

The food was amazing and my boyfriend and I definitely got our money’s worth! Ever since we went there that is all he wants for his birthday now before he goes back to college. Our waitress Lisa was FANTASTIC! Out of all the places we have tried she has treated us with the most respect and kindness. We will definitely be returning! So to surprise him gonna be bringing him to Coyote Creek Steakhouse.

She was upset because we sent back the Crab Fries that were nothing but french fries seasoned with Old Bay for $9. The Calamari was mostly breading and a very small portion also $9. Our overall experience was not anything to brag about. $84 total for bad service and terrible food. We definitely won’t be back.

Always an excellent dining experience at Coyote creek steakhouse! We especially love the rustic yet classy atmosphere. They updated to a stellar wine and drink menu. Everything was clean including the restrooms. We had the best Waitress her name was Katie she was attentive ,smiled the whole time & added greatly to the over all dining experience.

I was visiting friends in Rock Springs last month and they wanted to take me to a nice place to eat. When we got there I was impressed with the decor. Very rustic and cool. I am from the Sierras and love that type of style. I was looking forward to a great meal. We were seated by a friendly hostess and our waitress promptly came for drink orders. We all got different items so we could try each other’s, since the menu had many great choices. I had the Risotto with salad.
The others had fish and beef. Mine looked very tasty. I took a bite and thought.. This is kind of salty. Thinking it was just the parm layer on top. As I started to eat another 2 or 3 bites.. I realizes it was extremely salty. Everyone else tried it and couldn’t believe it. It was inedible. Our waitress asked how our food was I should have demanded another but I didn’t. My mistake. For the high price the others weren’t “Wowed” by it at all. We will be choosing other places to eat from now on.

Service was good, waitstaff clothing was stained/dirty. I got the “flash fried” hot wings appetizer, $10 for 5 wings. The coating was over cooked and the chicken raw and bloody in a couple of the pieces. My wife didn’t finish her meal and had a stomach ache the rest of the night.
Atomsphere was nice, comfy seats, not loud.
