Go there for the margaritas, baby!

Also, the family size portions in this restaurant are HUGE. Even the kid -sized portions! We ordered half sized portions but even those were too big! Lots of leftovers! Decently priced and vegetarian-friendly.

The margaritas are great but very strong. Please do not ask for a double tequila shot, haha too strong.

My salad had more beans and cheese than lettuce so I am feeling SO full. Maybe, next time I split the salad with my hubby? My daughter got a huge burrito and that was the kids sized portion (welcome to America or is it like this in Mexico too, I wonder?) . Very dog friendly spot with a patio – excellent servers.

Fell on this place randomly on a work trip. It was taco Tuesday and happy hour when we went. Very friendly staff, good happy hour eats, the lager beer that was on tap / special was really good. It’s decent food at a decent price.

The food was average, it wasn’t what we were expecting.
We ordered margaritas and were also average.
They forgot to bring us a plate.
The area is great but I don’t think I will go back to the same restaurant if I am in that area.

I always enjoy this place, but now since covid they have opened up a back little patio.. It’s quaint and the food is as good as always..
My goto is the Sweet Corn Ravioli.. it’s truly a unique and wonderful dish.. tonight I had the Chili Verde and it was really good, pork was tender and flavorful(Although I still prefer the ravioli)
The GF had a combination plate with a Chili Relleno and a Vegetable Enchilada.. She says it was really good but the enchilada was Really Really good.. all veggies and tasty..
She also had a Spicy Skinny Margarita that she says was amazing… and it’s hard to impress her..
Again soo good

Traditional Mexican food and more tequila choices than I will ever be able to drink! Absolutely love coyote cantina in Redondo Beach. it’s a bit dark and art is a little funky but my son and my wife love the food as do I. Everything comes out super hot and fresh and it looks like all servers drop food, which at some restaurants doesn’t happen and food gets cold. Did I mention Taco Tuesday? 1 dollar street tacos! I order about 12 and go into food coma. 5 stars for food quality and service!

I absolutely adore this place!! It’s a 30+ minute drive for me, but it’s worth every ounce of stress. The service has been amazing every time I’ve ever been there, and as someone who did well over a decade and a half of customer service, I think the world of their staff. The prices aren’t bad at all for location and quality, and their happy hour and taco Tuesday discounts are very nice, especially in comparison to all the other equivalent restaurants in the area! Their $1 taquitos are sublime and their margaritas… *Chef’s kiss* they’re basically my idea of the perfect margarita, perfectly smooth and strong as all get out (I’m not a lightweight at all, but 1 margarita had me moderately tipsy). They have great chips and all sorts of fun hot sauces to try, though if you’re a spice lightweight you may want to be cautious of the table salsa. My only regret is that I can’t eat more than a tiny bit of the salsa because my mouth starts burning almost immediately (though no one else in my friends group has the slightest issue with the spice level, so I’m probably an anomaly). I really love this place and would probably be there every other week if we lived closer to the location.

As someone who frequently travels to Mexico and appreciates good Mexican food, this place fell short. The food was mediocre, and the service was disappointing. Our waiter, who mentioned being from Europe, added a 22% tip (including tax) without asking and implied he wasn’t earning enough. He was also pushy, asking us to help clear the table while serving food. Response times were slow, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to treated poorly.

We started by ordering margaritas and guacamole. The guac was on the gray side and was probably made many hours earlier.
The “best margariras in town” were awful. The house margaritas was all sweet and sour mix and the top shelf margaritas was so unbalanced that I had to force myself to drink it.
Based upon the drinks and guac, we decided not to order anything else off of their bizarre menu.
