Just had a really good Grilled Shrimp Poboy on good French bread and some fries. Jackie my waitress was great! Thanks to the whole crew!
10-10-25 Well today I had another shrimp Poboy, the Shrimp were a little over cooked. Wife had the fish tacos. The Chips with salsa were extremely salty.

We are from Seattle visiting and came here for lunch with our kids. We have come before and enjoyed the food. The food is good and came out quickly. I love the shrimp and grits. Our waiter was attendive to meet our needs but she didn’t tell us that if you ask for condiments there is an extra charge. She also didn’t tell us that the tip of 18% was included in the bill and my husband left a $20 tip apparently on top of that. She also didn’t tell us they charge 3% to use your credit card. This all should have been disclosed up front to us! I will be thinking my visit to eat here next time in town and let my local friends know about these hidden fees!

The food was great. The atmosphere was cool with all the different music memorbilia hanging up. The service was mid at best. My waitress acted the nicest when we were leaving. She wasn’t rude, but the aura changed as soon as the check arrived

So our food took forever to come out, and the meats (chicken, beef, sausage, and shrimp) were slightly overcooked. So I can’t say it tasted excellent, but it was still pretty good. I’d definitely go back and try one more time.
The atmosphere and the service were fantastic! Another reason I’d be happy to try them again. They also had a ton of menu options that I would like to give a go, a lot of it sounds very yummy!

Coyote Blues was a fantastic experience. The food, service, and wait time were all top-notch. Despite the restaurant being bustling, our drinks were never left empty, and our chips were always replenished. I opted for the Duck Quesadilla, while my wife chose the Mexican Cobb Salad. We also shared a Fried Avocado, which was a delightful addition to our meal. The food looked incredibly appetizing and tasted even better. Coyote Blues has become a must-visit spot in Jackson, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

The food was good, but they love the jalapeños. Even when I told the waitress I wanted NOTHING hot (spicy) I got a ranch dip and egg rolls that were hot. She didn’t know. Other than that, the food was good. They have mainly a Mexican menu with other foods such as chicken and crawfish. Couldn’t tell if they were trying to be tex Mexican or Cajun.

A cute New Orleans style Restaurant, I really like that. We came for brunch, it was ok, but I did not get exactly what I ordered. I told our waitress and she goes to the kitchen and talks very loud to the kitchen workers. She did not smile one time and we felt that she hates her job. Not a good experience. Probably won’t be back.
