Went here for lunch. Ordered a burger and fries. I was excited as they make their own buns. Asked for lettuce, tomato, fried onions, and pickle. They asked how I wanted it and I said medium. Here are the results:
– Burger was WAY overdone and tiny.
– The homemade bun was incredibly dense and tiny. almost inedible.
– They charged me $0.50 per condiment which was a 1/4 piece of romaine lettuce, one tomato slice, 2 onion slivers that were cooked, and 3 pickles on the side that looked like they came from the generic brand of sliced pickles.
I think they are mainly a breakfast place so stick to that…maybe. Definitely don’t order sandwiches there.

I normally don’t write terrible reviews but the service from start to finish was terrible. Waitress didn’t know there was a breakfast special, only brought us one coffee after my wife and I asked for one each, the one cup we had stayed empty for quite awhile (this is actually the first time I’ve ever been in a restaurant where the mug wasn’t always full) brought over our food, we had French toast special for the kids, a skillet and a country omelette. I had no potato with mine where menu clearly says hashbrowns or fries, but our receipt just said “no potato”. Had to ask for simple things like jelly and syrup. To top it all off we were charged incorrectly for the breakfast special, but at that point I was over it. At least the waitress had time to play on her phone and read a book. Oh and she dropped a jelly in my EMPTY soda glass and even that wasn’t enough sign to ask if I would like a refill. On a positive note, the food was decent and the cook was a nice guy, but definitely wouldn’t go back nor recommend to friends

I had the opportunity to enjoy this cozy little home town diner today! The bread and chicken dumpling soup were both home made and you could tell If you get the B.L.T. you can expect a generous amount of crispy thick cut bacon! Staff were friendly and personable. Looking forward to my next visit!

Everything about this place was great! The biscuits and gravy were probably the best I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable and the food was out super fast. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out!
