We met up with friends for dinner before attending a concert at the Melody Tent.
The atmosphere is very open, casual and clean. I loved the various types of light fixtures used throughout the restaurant.
Our waitress was very attentive and advised that the menu was recently updated when we noticed it didn’t reflect what was on the webpage.
Our dinners were very good. We enjoyed the wood fired salmon, seafood casserole and i had the crab stuffed mushrooms and coconut shrimp appetizers as my dinner. The portions were very generous and had a nice presentation.
The restaurant is located a short walking distance to the Melody tent which was nice, so we only had to park once.
It was an overall good choice for dinner before the show and we will definitely return.

We went for restaurant week. Food was delicious. the steak, batatas bravas and dessert were outstanding. Great service. I am surprised that there were not too many people. This place deserves to be full every single day. Def will come back.

Very unassuming corner restaurant. Yanga made the experience with his suggestions and personality! Food was amazing. My husband got the wood grilled sirloin. We had crab stuffed mushrooms, bar pizza and caesar salad. Everything was a 10!

We go out to dinner at least once a week and enjoy trying new-to-us restaurants. Tonight, at Cove Coastal Kitchen, we had one of the most pleasurable and delectable meals at what apparently is a hidden gem of a restaurant. I cannot say enough about how good the food and service was. From my Greek salad (the best I’ve ever had!), to my fish sandwich with incredibly good French fries, to my wife’s Fisherman’s Pie that she absolutely loved, we were in gastronomic heaven. They’ve recently added a variety of bar pizzas to their offerings and, after seeing one being delivered, we’re definitely returning for the pizza.

The food and service were astounding. I wish I could provide pictures but my whole family devoured the food too quickly. The only picture I could grab was when they were finally slowing down after polishing off a plate of churros.

We had the garlic bread, which was just perfect with a shaved mozzarella and amazing homemade marinara sauce. My kids had the cheese pizza and cheeseburger with bacon, which were gone pretty much before they were put down on the table. I had salmon with an amazing Dijon sauce and my husband swallowed the fisherman‘s pot pie in three bites. The sauces were impressive and complemented the food magnificently. My husband was particularly impressed with the perfection of the mashed potatoes on his pot pie.

My only suggestion for improvement was the bathroom that I used was kind of skanky. But that did not distract at all from the dining experience.

If you are in the mood for authentic Cape Cod seafood with a Portuguese flair, look no father than Cove Coastal Kitchen located at 615 Main Street in Hyannis. Owners Rich and Jennifer Warner have created something special.

The atmosphere is typical beachy Cape Cod but with an understated, simplistic elegance. The restaurant is both inviting and spotless.

Trying to find reservations for a party of 12 or more can be daunting but the restaurant was very accommodating. Our party began at the fully stocked bar where we were met by a vibrant bar staff that introduced us to exquisitely prepared signature cocktails. I highly recommend the El Diablo rimmed with Tahjin, I had 2.

After our cocktails, we were seated with a great view of the hustle and bustle of Hyannis Main Street. Our wait staff worked seamlessly as a team ensuring quick and friendly service. Everyone enjoyed a mix of appetizers but the sensations of the night were the meatballs with marinara sauce and the chicken Mozambique empanadas that rivaled Portugal.

The coves menu is varied with something for everyone but manageable. Everyone was pleased with their entrees but the stand out for me was the Piri-Piri Chicken. My dinner could have come out of any restaurant in Portugal. It was amazing. The chicken was perfectly prepared with sides of asparagus, Jagacida rice, and a glaze that was delicately spicy and sweet. The owner and chef even came out to greet us and tell us his story. A great time for a date or a larger party. I highly recommend The Cove Coastal Kitchen!

Visited the Cape for the weekend and had dinner here on Saturday night. Food was outstanding. My wife and I were with another couple. Each of us had something different and everyone was extremely happy with their meal. Our servicer, Yanga was very helpful and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend Cove Coastal and will definitely come back the next time we make a trip down to the Cape.

Cove Coastal is a beautiful restaurant with a cool ocean vibe. The cocktail and beer menu is extensive and also includes delicious mocktails. Our server Sarah was friendly and efficient. The onion rings were amazing and complimented with various sauces. We had a difficult time deciding on what to eat because there were so many enticing choices. We ordered pizza, casoulet and the banh mi sandwich which were all so yummy. I highly recommend Cove Coastal when in Hyannis, and I look forward to my next visit!

Ordered 2 pizzas to go. While this restaurant has a great potential, I hope management would take this review to improve overall experience.
Pizzas have a great char on the edges which I love. Nicely cooked and neatly packages. However, they were overly greasy . Once you take a bite, it overwhelms the taste with oil, you can barely feel the tomato sauce or cheese flavor. One of the pizzas that we had was with meatballs, so meat balls had pieces of tin foil on it, which I had to remove.
I assume this is a new restaurant and they are working things out. I hope this would improve in the future, as the pizzas were good. I just hoped they would be great.
