Moved to Auburn 4 years ago. First time I had this location, it took forever and food was old/cold. Went back months later hoping they would redeem themselves. Pretty sure it was worse.
However this time was fantastic. Tried some new menu options. All food and staff were perfect! Happy a few friends drug me back to eat there.

I had parked at mcdonalds because they have truck parking, but couldn’t get anyone to take my order there so walked next door and these folks were there to take my order quick, had my food ready quick, and even went the extra and made sure my coffee was just how I ordered. Great customer service and BK is always good food! Thanks guys.

Just ate there and my 8 year old got sick, we rushed to the nearest bathroom without looking, turned out it was the women’s, and he was getting sick (no it wasn’t the food, this has been going by around at his school). A employee checked on us and brought us a roll of paper towels for my son it clean his face, and went and got a plastic bag so he had it for our drive home. Really impressed with how the two women handled a kid getting sick, and they were genuinely concerned for him.

Drive thru didn’t understand the concept of having a code. Had to repeat multiple times not only the code what it was for as well. Then a manager had to come help and acted like it was my fault. Food didn’t come out as ordered, fries were cold and the og chicken sandwich oil that it was fried in tasted like fish. Just go to the MCD next door.

I’ve always liked Burger King as a fast food place, but when I got to the restaurant at 6:00ish PM on a Friday there were no cars in the parking lot.
I placed my order at a computer screen where there used to be people. They called my name out for my order and when I went to pick it up there were no drinks or cups provided me. I asked for them and got them.
I got to the soda machine and the only options for pop was Sprite or Mello Yellow.

So let’s start with the kiosk thing… I dont like it! I waited to be waited on by a person. I think trying to save money with kiosks and mask it as saving time is stupid! Let people keep their jobs! I was greated and treated well by staff! The food was as good as expected. The real problem I had was all the flies! Also I wanted ketchup but the area was disturbing and the nozzle crusty so I passed! I am always weary of eating at a place gull of bugs! So I would steer clear of Auburn burger King until they address this problem. I added pics of some of the flies and the gross ketchup area.

No wonder this location has no business. Reason behind it is the quality of food being served. My sandwich had a patty which was fried atleast 2 hours ago and then it just had a drop of the sauce on it. My son’s sandwich had no sauce at all. I hope the owner reads these comments and save his investment from being destroyed
