The setting overlooking Greenwood Lake is breathtaking — serene, picturesque, and the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. We visited for the jazz brunch and were thoroughly impressed by the ambiance. The live music added a sophisticated and relaxing touch, complementing the meal perfectly.
Equally impressive was the service — warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious throughout our visit. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

The food was good. It was better than average. The location is great right on the lake. The service was very good. You can arrive by car or boat. I would go back if I was in the area, especially on a night when they have music. I suspect they are very crowded then. The restaurant is dog friendly.

10/10 performance and night!!!
I am from Australia and my good friend who is a local told me to head down to the Cove Castle…. Unsure what to expect I decided to go by myself for their Valentine’s Day celebration.
I am truly blown away by the delicious food and world class performance/entertainment they had on the night!
The two main singers performances are hard to put into words as I type this but man was I blown away… they sang with so much love and soul and are clearly some of the absolute best in the world at what they do!! I was so impressed with their quality that one of the fellow patrons on the night grabbed my attention during a break in the performance and mentioned the fact that my mouth had been open the whole time as my jaw was truly hitting the floor with their mesmerising performances!
So much love in that venue on the night. Amazing to see and be apart of.
Special shout out to the owner Bobby for putting on an incredible evening and for ensuring everything ran smoothly!
Another special shout out to the GM Andrea for her warm and lovely persona as this was clearly evident and felt throughout our conversations .
Also… one my shout out to Stacey for her great service on the night and for taking great care of me!! Super smile and lovely energy as well that one!

An absolute delight from the service, ambiance and entertainment. The food has also recently gotten big upgrade and I especially like how they keep the menu fresh with regular menu updates.

Food, Service & Atmosphere.. Everything was good.. no, Great! Even the weather was kinda supporting. So, definitely will come back sooner. I think it’s a great place for an outdoor dine throughout the 3 seasons except winter. Oh, it was so impressive to see lot of dine-in guests come to and leave this restaurant by boat. 🙂

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’m not much of a reviewer but this is so good I had to come here and give them a 5 star review. It’s a beautiful place with an amazing view, the service is great (everyone was extremely nice and helpful with menu suggestions and everything) and the food is soooo good! I’ve been recommending this place to everyone I know since the first time I went there. Love it!

We had a very poor experience at Cove Castle from start to finish. The service was completely disorganized — it took over an hour to receive our burgers, which arrived missing key condiments listed on the menu. Some had onions but no tomato, and all three came with just a stalk of romaine lettuce instead of a proper garnish. Staff kept circling back asking about drinks that were overpriced, mostly ice, and light on liquor. The sides were just as disappointing: the slaw was overly salty and inedible, the cornbread had unexpected jalapeños, and the fries were soggy. To make matters worse, a 20% tip was automatically added for our group of four adults and two children — and because it was listed on the menu, we were also taxed on that gratuity. Really bad on all fronts. Overpriced, poor-quality food, and frustrating service. Avoid.

I hosted a lunch baby shower here in early June. The event space is large and airy with amazing views of the lake. The servers could not have been more helpful and the food was delicious and plentiful. The owners were very responsive and helpful and incredibly easy to work with. Everything ran smoothly and everyone had a great time. I would recommend the space to anyone looking for a private event in the area.

This restaurant has a Beautiful and relaxing view right in front of the water, that’s the major reason we go at least once every summer. Food was ok, the service wasn’t too good at this occasion, it needs improvement.

My husband and I went to dinner there with my sister and brother inlaw. We all had a great time. Views were spectacular! I love the fact that the restaurant was a castle. Food was on the cheaper end but very limited menu. I guess if your looking for a burger. Then it’s fine. No steak or chicken. 2 different kinds of fish though. They have boat tours which we didn’t go on. Maybe the next time
