Purchased the bacon cheese steak sub. The amount of meat was very minimal. Would not say the sandwich was forth the price. Had a good flavor, but I would have gotten a couple of cheeseburgers to be more satisfied.

Sub was disappointing for $16.58, not much meat, barely any lettuce. Mac n cheese had a good flavor, but cold. I also had to wait for the order to be grabbed from behind the counter, which took 10 mins, so what was the point of ordering ahead of time then? Overall, it’s disappointing.

The minus one star is for the app. It is a PAIN to use gift cards on the app if you don’t have the exact amount needed to cover your order. Splitting the payment is so complicated its not worth it. I like using the app because I have a big family so its easier to get everyone’s order done that way and have it ready ahead of time. I could call it in but I do wish they would make the payment portion of the app easier to navigate. Otherwise the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. They have the best cheese curds and the fries are actually pretty good.

Found hair in my food. It was cooked into the steak and cheese but I pulled it out for the photo. Told the manager and she was respectful of my feedback that they should be wearing hairnets. But still, finding hair in your food at any establishment will turn your off from eating there for a while.

I had ordered a couple of sandwiches to go and when I had gotten home, I realized that the sandwiches weren’t made correctly. I called the store to see if there was a way to get them remade and spoke to the GM, Nikki, who ABOVE and BEYOND in order to make sure we got the sandwiches we had ordered. She made two of the best subs we’ve ever ordered from this location. I greatly appreciated her time and effort and I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves, as food/customer service can be severely lacking in that. Nikki, you rock!!
