This location on 175th capital is the way most cousins subs should be run in the milw. Area.Its sad what happened to alot of the milw. Locations over the last 3 or 5 years. Poorly run,mistakes,loud emplyees,dirty tables ect.. come on people it’s not hard to make a sandwich,clean up,act grown and be polite. Shouldn’t have to drive out of my way to get a good sandwich, keep up the good work over there on 175 th, good job!

Been living in the area almost 2 years. Always wanted to try this place but never have until today because I got mailed a coupon and the flyer said they had a Reuben for st paddy’s day. I love Reubens so I came for lunch. It is damn near perfect so I’ll definitely be coming back to try others. And that again.

What I didn’t like is that the dude kept touching his headphone when making the food I don’t think that’s appropriate to do if the headphone just fall out, let it fall out but the same glove that you’re using to touch the headphone which should not be the same glove you used to make someone food with that is called contamination and that is not great for customer service And but other than that, the food was great. It was good, but I don’t know if I will come back there if that happens again, thank you

Been going here for a bowl without issue but today we get a Turkey sub and a club sub – the Turkey had brown lettuce and the club was on stale bread – so dry it was flaking apart. Next time thinking twice about going.

Went to this location for lunch and ordered a meatball sub. When I got my sandwich and picked it up a decent amount of water, not sauce, water dripped out of the sandwich and the meatballs were bland. Instead of posting here, I put in a complaint to bring it to there attention (wasn’t upset or looking for a freebie). The manager then calls me and asks me what was wrong and as soon as I start to talk he starts talking over me and reads my complaint back to me and explains that they cook them in water. Then asks if I would like a credit and I told him no and tried telling him I was just trying to bring it to his attention. The only word I got out was no before he started talking over me again asking me so what’s the problem then. Very disrespectful, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Maybe listen to your customers and you could have solved a simple problem like maybe tell your employees to let some of the water drain off before putting them on a sandwich.
