This is my favorite place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner. All of the workers are extremely friendly and patient with every customer. The atmosphere is awesome and the employees are always sparking conversation with their customers. Great place and great workers. I will keep coming here until i pass away.

There were two men who took & prepared my order. They made it very obvious that they didn’t want to be there & not only did this effect their customer service but the quality of the food reflected it as well. They didn’t give me my correct change & when I brought it to their attention, they STILL didn’t give me the correct amount! I just took my losses & vowed not to go back to this location… I’ve always liked Subway more anyways.

Update: it has been 2 weeks since our visit and my review. I contacted corporate as suggested in the owner’s response to my review. I waited 1 week with no response… Okay, this time I will contact corporate using my computer instead of thru my phone. Still no response after 1 more week! Very disappointed in a locally owned business that has been in business for so long (I have been a loyal customer since the beginning) that they don’t take the time respond to customer complaints. I guess it just might be time I take my loyalties elsewhere.

Stopped going here about 8 months ago and go to a different one for better service and subs. Had to stop here because the other was out of Italian bread and I was craving a meatball sub. Sad to say, they got the order wrong. Asked for no cheese and got cheese! I called and the gal who answered the phone said “ we are really busy and probably got other orders wrong too”. Talked to the MOD and she said I could come back for a new sandwich… sorry, not driving 10 minutes and hope you get it right. And the marinara sauce was like soup and she tells me that it is made to company standards. Yeah, don’t think so. I have been to many different Cousins and have never had “marinara soup”. Next time I will wait for the bread to get a sub made the way it is supposed to be made.

Customer service was simply okay. Not great but okay. Try to be a bit happier that you are looking and working for that customer, EVERY customer, since we are actually the ones paying your paycheck. Remember, without good customer service, you may not see that customer again, and that means poor recommendations to others and a lower paycheck due to lack of profit…all stemming from poor customer service satisfaction. SMILE AND PRETEND that you at least enjoy being there, even if you don’t! It really makes a huge difference in a customer’s attitude and how they rate you….

I’ve never been a fan of Cousins, but the one in Jackson is really good. Our only issue is that they are usually out of the garlic bread. I WISH THEY HAD SPINACH like Subway. I hate iceberg lettuce. The fries are good.

I ordered 2 subs and one fry. Took 2 bites out of my sandwich and 3 fries and took ALL of my food back! I don’t know what’s been going on with this location but I was willing to drive an additional 5 miles just to go to a Cousin’s I knew that makes good food. I asked for double meat it didn’t appear to be. Not to mention the chicken was overcooked dry and unseasoned… everything was unseasoned. The onions had a visible slime on it, as did the lettuce so I know they were super old. Oyvey

I stopped in to order a few subs and the poor girl behind the counter Ashley was by herself and SUPER busy. She had a line of people, the phone was ringing nonstop and she was making orders on the grill at the same time. She did AMAZING. She had a smile on her face the entire time and was so sweet to everyone that she helped. I hope everytime I stop in she’s behind the counter!

The food here doesn’t seem as good since all those girls and that one older lady left. The bread was kind of hard this last visit. The employees should make sure to close the bread especially cause the slogan is better bread better subs

Visited this afternoon as my work just moved into the Jackson Industrial center right across the street. This was my first time to ever visit a Cousins Subs. Purchased a meatball sub – after a few bites of my 15″ sub I realized that the meatballs were cold and it was not worth eating the rest my my sandwich. I went to the counter and asked for a refund for my sandwich – they gave me a refund for half even though I only ate a portion of the first part of my meal. I didn’t want to make a fuse with him about it, i just wanted to go get a good meal somewhere else. I don’t foresee going back there anytime soon and am recommending those that I work with not to go.
