I came back to Ohio for the holidays to visit my mom in Xenia and decided to try Cousin Vinny’s pizza. I’m so glad I did! Easy to order online with their app. Absolutely delicious! Great soft crust, loads of toppings (I did the meats pizza), and wonderful chewy breadsticks! Quick turnaround and delivery with a very friendly delivery driver! Would definitely try again!

Ive ordered many times from here, the foods always hot, 99 percent of the time its made correct and delivery is fast, I believe the manager/owner is a younger fella, he doesn’t mind making things right of somethings wrong. ZERO STARS. I purchased an online order through the app on 6/15/25 for $21.98 an hour before closing time to be picked up. I arrived for pick up after paying with debit card within 20 minutes and they were closed. I have all of my bank records showing they took my money from my account. The next day I went in to the store to get my money back and the guy who opened the store said they unexpectedly had to close early last night but he saw my purchase and took care of it. He said it might take 3 or 4 business days but the money would be credited back to my account. Well that never did happen so the guy was lying and the place stole money from me. They are now permanently closed and I have been trying to get my money back for several weeks. No luck whatsoever. This leaves me no choice but to report this theft activity to the police. I placed orders with this business close to twice a week for several years. I have well over a hundred cups at home to prove it and this is how they treat me. Just wonderful.

I honestly think they mess my order up just to do it. But only place open until 3am. Wasted $40 couldn’t/wouldn’t eat what they brought and when they remade it the delivery driver ask, are you trying to get me in trouble? so would you eat that pizza? Do you think I can get a refund? You can come pick this whole pizza up it’s still sitting here.

Same thing happened to me on April 2 I ordered my order I got a call back an hour later saying that the refund would take 3 to 4 business days and they had to close early I kept calling back they said that tech support was supposed to issue the refund that it must be a problem with my bank because they refunded the order. They never refunded my order and they still owe me like $50 I’m livid….I hope the place goes out of business if I could give a 0 star I would…..bunch of thieves or something working there….I’ve called multiple times and they seem to never have an answer or they just give me an avoidant answer or tell me to call my bank….I have called my bank and it’s not on their end.

We have never received a bad order from this location. We eat here often. The bacon is what draws us in! It’s crispy, not rubbery! Delicious! Online usually states 30 mins for pick up but it’s always done in 15 or so. only 1x ever have I walked in and had to “wait” for our order.

I have never had a worse experience at any restaurant as I had tonight. Both dark haired goateed men working there tonight were HORRIBLY rude. Very short and rude when taking the order, even more rude at pickup. I asked why the shorter guy was being so mean and angry and he dropped the pizza on the counter and walked away running his mouth at me. Never gave me my receipt, the taller one stood by and wached his buddy berate me for calling him out. No apologies, just basically told to leave. When I didn’t leave immediately, I let them know I would not be back again and that my experience with them was inexcusable! Their reaction to me was “GOOD!” ..have a nice night in a very sarcastic tone. The food was cold, tasted half cooked and rushed. I am baffled at how rude, unkind and unprofessional both of them handled a customer both on the phone and in person. There is no excuse for that!

Zero stars . Placed an order for delivery at 12.. tried calling at 2:45 to get an update, no answer. 3:00 rolls around, they’re closed & no food delivered. Tipped 20% through app on top of delivery fee & cash on hand for additional tip. NEVER AGAIN. Stop hiring people who do not want to work!

Omg…I am so upset…I am in complete shocked at what an employee said to me tonight when I called in after getting my order after I picked it up!!! I got home and my chicken Philly sandwich was dry with no sauce…I have on my ticket BBQ sauce….they failed to add it. So I called and the Caucasian man said to me…man look Im not dealing withthat right now and hung up. I didn’t know what to say I was in complete shock…I am a paying customer I couldn’t believe he didn’t care that my order was wrong. I called back and the women wasn’t better I told her about what happened and she says ok, (no chaulaunt) I asked from his name 3 times and she said Harold was his name. Then I also asked fir her name and she said Karen. This is the night of October 1,2024 at around 10:30pm when all this went down. Not to mention I ordered two sandwiches not one. I cannot wrap my head around what just happened…I threw the food away because I lost my appetite. This was by far the worst I have ever seen happen. And I never do complaints.
