It was very disappointing I have ordered here before this will probably be my last order.
This is how I opened my sub. Bread was shredded and no cheese. Didn’t even bother calling back because the lady was so rude when I called initially.
A few weeks ago, my coworkers and I decided to order lunch from Cousin Mike’s pizza in Fall River. While placing the order the person on the other end was very rude but i still proceeded with the order. Despite my better judgment. At the end of the phone call i then asked for a total cost of the order so i could tell each coworker what they owe for their order. The man on the phone was clearly annoyed with the large order and the questions i was asking about certain dishes. He told me to call back in 10 mins for a total. When i called the restaurant back for the total, the man was annoyed i actually called back and made me wait on hold for 8 mins for him to come back with a total that did not match my calculations based on their website prices. He was very clearly frustrated with me as he stated “everyone knows our prices are subject to change at anytime it’s common sense it’s listed on the website if you looked you’d find it”. Because this man was so unnecessarily rude to me i decided to cancel my order as i didn’t want to do business with them any longer. The man on the phone stated “you cannot cancel a $50 order you placed 10 mins ago”. At this point i was VERY angry so i stated that i was IN FACT CANCELLING MY ORDER and i suggest he doesn’t put the order through. Because i did not go pick up my cancelled order, 40 mins later this company is calling me over and over to retrieve my order that i clearly stated i didn’t want. They then called my fathers business because my phone line is under his business name. He stated he had nothing to do with this order. And apparently this business didn’t believe him because today on 7/10/2019 My father and his employees placed an order with cousin mikes and when they went to retrieve it the man at the counter was laughing about “pulling one over on them” he stated he didn’t want to do business with my fathers company even though they had nothing to do with the ordeal. An innocent business they blacklisted and RUDELY played games with. Calling them asking if they’d like cheese on their sandwich they never planned on making in the first place just to “stiff you like you stiffed me” (exact words from the man at the counter) this is completely unacceptable for a business owner to handle situations like this. I wouldn’t expect this from a business owner at all.A BUSINESS CANNOT BE TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!
