Will go back I might try the Cajun salmon. We need more restaurants like this in the area. Great job from the owners
All the Staff is very friendly the owner greeted us and made sure everything was perfect for us.
We Also had our Daughters 17th Birthday Dinner here and they made sure it was memorable for her Especially Stefania she made is so special .
First off, we were a party of two with a reservation. We were seated forty five minutes after the reservation time. Forty two minutes, but I rounded up.
After the hectic cattle herding process of lobby wait time, the dining area atmosphere is calm and inviting. It’s a small place, which adds to its coziness. The waiter was friendly and easy going. We ordered a bottle of wine and he brought it already uncorked. I chuckled cause I have never been served a bottle of wine tableside and it not be opened in front of me.
I noticed other tables being served bread and olive oil as a dipper. We weren’t offered that, so I was sad. Ordered an appetizer, salad and the chicken parm. They ran out of chicken parm, so I switched to chicken picccata, and was saddened yet again.
The chicken piccata came out first, then the salad and app. A little wonky but things happen. My wife ordered the Margherita pizza.
This is where things took a huge upswing. Chicken piccata flavor was excellent. It was served with linguini, which was flavorful as well (I don’t like pasta, so this is a big deal). The salad was small, but very flavorful and fresh. The caprese salad app was extremely tasty, but the portion was so tiny. It gave the appearance that they were running out of food and trying to stretch as much as possible. The Margherita pizza was spot on. Perfect crust and superb flavor. Give the brick oven chef a raise. Ordered the tiramisu and gelato. Tiramisu was a fine portion, elegantly layered and bursted with flavor. The gelato was excellent, flavor wise, yet again the portion was laughable.
I always order water and a wine or cocktail (no cocktails here) at establishments such as this,so I was not affected, but, I noticed that the soft drinks were 4.50 with one refill. Personally I think that is outrageous.
I think the staff and stock was overwhelmed. I recommend they adjust the reservations/seating and this place has great potential to be top tier. The flavors they produced were magnificent.
