Reduced by one star. Service was not as prompt as before but ok.
We had the Gyro Fries as an appetizer. They were ok, but we would not order them again.
For dinner, we had the Charcuterie Pizza, which was delicious. The only thing wrong with it was though we watched it come out of the pizza oven, it was only warm. The meat was not hot nor were the chunks of mozzarella. The bottom of the pizza was also soggy, which is not a huge problem but it could have stayed in the oven for a bit longer.

The service was great. The chicken wings are delicious. They only have one sauce, honey harissa glass, and it is great.
We had 4 different pizzas. They were all very good but the Thai Peanut Chicken was the best out of the 4.
One pizza was plenty for me and my dad, and we can put away a pie.
We had the meatasaurus, with black olives in place of the smoked ham, it really hit the spot.
The wood fired pizza pairs great with the selection of local beers, and Olympic Mountain Ice Cream is the perfect finisher.
My new favorite place to take people out to eat in Shelton!
Came back for appetizers with the hubs. We got the personalized salad, artichoke hearts and some cheese dip deliciousness.
Both of us LOVE blue cheese dressing, so that’s what we choose salad. I could not believe how much blue cheese chunks were in there! Tho, if you don’t like a heavily dressed salad ask for the dressing on the side. Oh also, this is a house made dressing, it’s literally the best blue cheese we’ve ever had – perfect!
The artichoke and cheese dip appetizer were the same price, hard pass on the artichokes, I mean they were fine… And the serving size wasn’t too bad, but meh.
Absolutely recommend the cheesey dip, we needed to order a 2nd round of bread to properly appreciate the dip.
*Update 4/25 got a cheese pizza to go, it was more than wood fired, half of the pizzas crust was a bust which is sad, cuz the other half was perfect.
Place was nice and clean.
We aren’t typically appetizers people but we got the gnocchi tappa and would 110% do it again. My husband described it as a cheese curd on crack and I cant disagree. Plus their marinara dipping sauce has real chunks of tomato.
The pizza we ordered had all fresh ingredients. Fresh pineapple, fresh jalapeño, and pull apart cheese that doesn’t get all gross once it cools off. Our pizza was hot out of the oven and had a great crispy crust. We fought over the last piece.
We will be back. Trust me, take the 2 extra seconds, ignore google maps and go straight to this pizza place in Shelton. You won’t be disappointed!
