This has become a ” must stop ” on our road trips. Absolutely love the food and vibe. It’s a must that we eat at local places not big chain restaurants. This place is everything you would want in good home cooking. Very clean and hospitable. Stop in and support good ppl and great food.

My husband had the large grilled chicken salad. The chicken was well seasoned and moist. The ranch dressing was homemade and delicious. Our friends had the small and large taco salad. The restaurant is immaculately clean. It is an open kitchen, so you can see what’s cooking.

Visited for the very 1st time, don’t believe we will be going back for another time around. I’ve been in restaurant & customer service for over 35 years. Waitress never smiled to greet us. Didn’t refill empty sugar container or wipe tables that she cleared off ( until customers sat at them), she was too busy on her phone. Cook ( possibly owner), was on her cell phone and could only do one order at a time. We only ordered biscuits and gravy, took over 35 minutes to get our order. Biscuits were not ever warmed up before small amount of gravy was added. Ordered 1 serving of home fries, was brought 2, we paid for both & never complained about it. I believe this is just for locals ( friends/family), not for outsiders. Lots of room for improvement.
