I always enjoy a good breakfast, and while passing through Augusta today I definitely needed one. The server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A great place to stop for breakfast.

I called to see if they made Graham Cracker pie. They said they could. It is a very delicious and beautiful Pie . Home made filling and excellent crust. Many compliments to the baker. Not many people can make a Graham Cracker pie. None available down here on the coast. The price is very good too. Thank you, Abraham

I ordered the Western Omelette and French Toast and boyfriend got Eggs Benedict and Brisket, it was all delicious! We got a Blueberry Turnover and Crème Brûlée Donut to go and still spent less than it would have cost to eat most anywhere else. The service was quick and great, will definitely be going back to try the dinner menu!

After trying every other diner in the Augusta area I have come to the conclusion that Countryside is the best. The breakfast food is always good, the staff is always friendly and do a great job, and it’s got a great small town diner atmosphere.
I recommend trying it if you’ve been hesitant because you won’t be disappointed. 10/10.

Service was good, and I had an excellent breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, bacon, salsa, and sour cream. They offer a veggie omelette that my hubby had and enjoyed. They have a bakery in the restaurant with desserts you can buy and take out e.g., eclairs, whoopie pies
I would definitely visit the Country Diner again when driving through the area.

Worth a visit.
(I only gave 5 stars if there was no room for improvement)
I live close by, and eat breakfast out often.
The atmosphere was comfortable and as the name says, Country.
My server was kind, attentive, and friendly.
I ordered an “All Meat Omelet”, Home Fries with Coffee. It was NOT busy 0730 on a Thursday. The food was hot and on my table in a few minutes, the omelet was stuffed I couldn’t finish all the food for under $20… I need to mention, I enjoy a good cup of coffee, and this coffee didn’t disappoint, I might say the best in Augusta. It is ground fresh.
The prices were the best I’ve found locally, and well worth it for the amount of food I received.
The location was no more than 3 to 4 minutes from city center, and easy to find, with decent parking, and Handicap accessible.
Side Note… I don’t eat many Sweets, but the Cannoli’s in the bakers case were very inviting, maybe next time..

Most amazing seafood chowder I’ve ever seen and eaten! Chock block full of whole lobster claws, scallops and haddock! Amazing desserts for afterwards! Bonus: they serve alcohol too if that’s your thing. Very classy place! Highly recommend.

Coming up from Florida and wanted a quick bite,we tried Countryside Dinner and it did not disappoint. The brisket was delicious and a very generous portion for 3.50$ and the eggs were also cooked perfectly. I mention eggs and brisket but the bacon, beans and sausage were great.Virginia was our waitress and did a fantastic job she was pleasant to talk to and very attentive . I’ll have to make sure to stop back in at some point until then all my friends can listen to me tell them how great the experience was.
