The plate that I had was very unique I’ve never ate no chicken with waffle with that kind of flavor the homestyle fries were delicious. I Definitely recommend trying this place.

non dessert items are lacking in flavor. the portion sizes are VERY big. everyone had to take home leftovers so i recommend sharing one item per two people or something like that. dessert (waffle, crepe, pancake) was good though.
ENVIRONMENT
there was food all over the floor. the tables were too small to fit our plates—again portion sizes is very big so i recommend sharing to also save table space. there is also a lot of people so there may or may not be a wait/line

very busy so it is hard to find parking. you may have to drive around for a while to find an open spot.

First time here and we will be back. I wanted to try the Waffles and also ordered the Joe Omelette which was splendid. The facility used to be a Sizzlers Restaurant, and they had to close down because of the nasty COVID back in 2019. Reyna was our waitress, and she was excellent and professional and courteous in her service. The coffee was nice and hot. The Blue Berry waffle was yum yum! ¡¡Muy Bueno!! The pancakes were also a hit with my lady. She enjoyed the fluffy and consistency in the batter made the pancakes proper for the belly and the palate. The facility was nice and big inside. A lot of room and they even had an extra room in the back section for private parties or meetings for any companies that wanted this restaurant as a company event. The place is in Morgan Hill California 18 miles south of San Jose and enjoyed finding something different in another town. They close at 2pm so they are open for breakfast and lunch. The food was EXCELLENT!!

I’ve eaten at Country Waffles before their food is very good. The prices are reasonable. The service is great. It is clean, friendly and a very nice atmosphere. Silly me, I took pictures of everything except the food.

Fast service and friendly service. Try the waffles, they’re good. Other portions looked good but this is the only plate I tried. If I’m ever in Morgan Hill again for breakfast I’ll go back.

Their breakfast is what’s up! So fresh and delicious not to mention the price is super reasonable. Kids menu makes it easy to take your little ones out with favorites.
Now they have dinner too! As much as I love this place. I will say their breakfast overshadows any other types of food. But it’s not bad. Slightly better than some diners. But pretty average. So I’d most likely pick almost any other option than here in MH. Consider it better than Dennys but not better than IHop?

Went to the new Country Waffels today. A little bit of a wait about 25 mins to get in. Service was good a bit of wait(very busy), but not too bad. Good was great, my wife had the Florentine eggs Benedict very tasty and I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was crispy yet tender. Price was very reasonable. We will go back.
