We hit up this diner after a freezing night of winter camping in Jim Thorpe.
The coffee was hot and delicious. The portions were huge. The breakfast menu was expansive, to say the least.

We call this diner the ‘John Deere’ diner because of it’s prolific green and yellow decor. It is a cozy, friendly place with a good menu and great service. My husband and I had two meals here recently, I had breakfast and lunch. He has breakfast twice. My burger was good, but I was a little disappointed with canned mushrooms on iit, and they use oil on the flat top, not a butter and oil blend – and the difference can be tasted. The sweet potato fries were delicious and crisp! Breakfast for me was sausage gravy over biscuits, with a side of home fries well done with onions – a standard dining out breakfast for me, and again, the ONLY lack was the home fries – once again, left a little flat because they only use oil on their cooktop. I almost considered butter on the side to help liven them up, but instead went slightly heavy handed on the salt which helped the onions immensely.
The prices are also very good – my husband I eating for around $20, and being stuffed to the gills and not leaving hungry.

Clean and cozy restaurant. The staff is friendly and upbeat. Our waitress was the best we never had to ask for anything.
Our meals were hot, fresh and delicious. The blueberry pancakes were awesome they were packed with fresh blueberries. The coffee was really good.
The restaurant was easy to get in and out of and there was plenty of parking.

Visited On June 30th in the morning for breakfast while visiting the area. There is ample parking, it’s clean, food is really good and the environment is nice. The decor is really cute with John Deer stuff. Our waitress was so sweet! I got biscuits with sausage gravy with my eggs right on top! It was sooooo delicious! My husband loves the whole menu lol!!! We will come again!

We are a family out of town and we stopped in after church and oh my goodness. Short wait, servers were attentive to us waiting and our order. The food came very quick and was cooked to perfection. Very fair prices for the food options. It will be difficult to not want to come back every morning. No shameful looks for a blessed family who likes to have fun.
