Ive been here around 3x since they opened
Everytime something isn’t right usually the rice is always hard. But this chipotle also has to figure out the seasoning portion of their food because its not up to par like all the other chipotle’s and the attitudes of their female employees so rude not all the time but last night forsure!
Last night i bit into my burrito 3x one side only had rice ( not fully cooked ) the other side only beans and meat no rice. I opened
Up the burrito to mix everything barely any meat
They had no veggies prepared i asked how long she said a long time because it wasn’t even on the grill yet. Ok fine
I asked for guacamole and sour cream on the side i get to my car check the bag no sour cream…… like wth this location sucks its best to drive the extra minutes to the Melbourne location. This pregnant woman was highly disappointed……

NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION! Stopped in with my fiancé and son to grab something to eat, all for my fiancé to literally take one bite of her food and find a small black bug of what appears to be a roach in her burrito. Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for for a location that’s hardly been open for two months. Never eating at this location again.

This location is just a week old, so we anticipated the place to be clean, employees happy or at least smiling and food to be plentiful. Everything was opposite to what we expected. My wife ordered a quesadilla and was told those are only available via online order. The employees personalities were drab, unhappy and disliked their job. The cleanliness of the place was terrible. Tables were dirty and the fountain drink / condiment area was filthy. I witnessed the cook pick up something from the floor and did not change is glove. We noticed no adult supervision or manager around. All the employees looked like they were under 20 or still in high school
Will we go back…no.

food is amazing as usual but it gets very tiring when the bowl is half empty, i went in the building to order once and watched as the online order people made a mistake and gave a normal portion and watched as he grabbed the chicken and put it back.

This poor store is short-staffed. There’s a group, median age appears to be 18, heroically trying to run the store despite this handicap. The long-haired kid who took our order was polite and friendly under the stress. He was the only one running the line until help arrived at 5:30.
Food was exactly as expected. I did not know (as it is not advertised as such on the overhead sign) that red chimmichurri costs extra.
The music in the very chipotle is too loud. Same here.

Not surprised to see 3.1 stars after the ordeal I went through. Made a mobile order. 2 bowls. Guy hands me one bowl and one burrito. Comes back to window and asks me if I’m waiting on him. Yeah, I’m wondering how the hell you screw up an order that is written on the ticket you handed me. So they make the actual bowl. I get home and the other bowl is wrong. Selected steak, no beans, cheese, white rice, sour cream. End up with chicken, lettuce, pinto beans, brown rice, and sour cream. I guess reading is not a requirement for working at this establishment. I’d like my time back but all i got is one lousy free entree.

I am writing this re view to give an employee, Andrew Valdez 10 stars. The place was a bit of a mess but with good reason. The service of Andrew was excellent, BUT there were only three employees working on a Sunday. The place was packed but Andrew kept up the serving line with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. They were so busy waiting on customers that there was no one avaliable to clean up. Management better take notice because no one should have to work under those conditions. Andrew is an excellent worker and he needs recognition for that. If you want to keep your business you need to take notice of this situation.

I agree with other reviewers that this location needs major improvement. I’ve tried it 3xs and the seasoning is off, the rice is hard, and the food is just downright not good at all. I’ve decided to go back to location on Palm Bay Road instead of wasting my money at this one. They give big portions, but the food is horrible. I hope management from other locations help this location pull it together real quick. In the meantime, back to Palm Bay Road for me.

This is a much smaller Chipotle than I am used to visiting. Though I do have to admit, I have not been to one in awhile due to convenience in location. But we thought we would try out this new one that recently opened here in Palm Bay.
We both ordered burritos, which still have great taste. I always love the flavored chips and guacamole on the side. That have always been one of my favorites from here. The tortilla was slightly cold when I went to eat mine, and the chips were not quite fresh. But overall the food portion and flavor did not disappoint, if you’re a fan of Chipotle.
I was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables had not been wiped down, and ones that had been wiped, still looked they needed to be wiped down. Whatever you’re using is not working for esthetics.
There were some corporate people or managers that were meeting, so took up a portion of the small dining area. There were only about 3-4 people, but had their backpacks on the benches, so no one could sit there if they wanted to. Not that it was busy YET when we came in just prior to the lunch hour. But did fill up prior to leaving. It had been raining, so you couldn’t sit outside in the seating. Just saying that some choices could have been made for customers.
I would try it again, mainly because I like Chipotle. I think I will wait until they have been open a tad longer, and see if there is some improvement.

The cashier went to the back and while he was back there a line had formed, he came back and gave a loud sigh and mumbled cuss words then finally started ringing me up in silence as he said nothing to me at all, I scan my rewards and then go to pay (still no words spoken at this point) he hands me my receipt and I ask for my cup (I got a kids meal for my son) while I’m filling up my cup I remember the fruit that was supposed to come with the meal so I go back up and nicely ask “wasn’t this supposed to come with fruit?” He responds with “you didn’t say you wanted fruit” I told him a kids meal comes with a fruit/chips and a drink which he offered me neither and he came back with “how am I supposed to know what you want?” This location is trash. It’s a mess, always out of drinks/napkins. Understaffed is one thing i didn’t mind waiting. But young workers who clearly don’t know how to do their job correctly with nasty attitudes? Disappointing to say the least.
