Stopped in for a takeout order and the service needs improvement. I waited while dine-in guests were helped first, which I understand, but another customer who arrived after me had his takeout order taken before mine. When my order was finally taken about 15 minutes later, the cashier came off dismissive and impatient, despite my order being straightforward with no substitutions.
Now for the food — it was solid for a truck stop diner. Portions were generous, everything was cooked properly, and it was definitely better than settling for fast food on the road. The only downside was that the food came unseasoned, but a little salt and pepper fixed that.
Overall: Average food, but the customer service needs serious attention. I’d come back for the meals, but hopefully the front counter experience improves.

I came in tonight to have a light dinner. The waitress that I had did the bare minimum for my mother and I. She paid more attention to I’m assuming was one of her regulars and the other few tables that were there than ours. This was the second time of her waiting on us. When we realized she was the server, we were hesitant on staying but We wanted to give her a second chance after the complete disappointing experience we had the first time. We had to move tables to a different Area of the restaurant to even get service. She never came back to refill drinks nor did she come back to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She only asked us one question and that was basically when we were almost finished with our meal. When my food arrived, it was luke warm and the biscuits and gravy that we ordered was basically just a bowl of gravy. So peppery that it couldn’t be eaten. Needless to say, I will not be spending any money in this establishment when she is the server. I work too hard for my money to be treated so disrespectfully. I believe the server’s name was Billie Jo. I can spend less money at Burger King and get better service than I would at this restaurant. I will gladly come in if Riley and Michelle are serving. Both amazing waitresses. As an OTR truck driver I pass through and stop for fuel occasionally, and sometimes have a meal.

Food was typical frozen and reheat items. Either frozen and deep fried or rewarmed in microwave. Disappointed the turkey dinner was just lunch meat reheated… no pumpkin pie offering on Thanksgiving or all days.
Riley and Michelle were the servers when we stopped in for a later lunch. They both were very friendly and kind! They kept our drinks full and had great attitudes towards EVERYONE WHO CAME IN! Said hello to everyone!!!

Your website says you have a salad bar or buffet but that’s not true. Even when you go to the TA site for this location, it’s clear states salad bar. Disappointed to see that’s not what was here.

Food: 5 pancakes, two scrambled eggs, bacon, and orange juice. I feel like 5 pancakes for one person to eat but I was able to take the remaining two as to-go! It was hot and fresh.
Service: Yes, it’s a seat yourself. It could take some time for someone to bring you the menu and take your order. Like, 10 minutes to 15 minutes wait. However, the customer service was excellent.
Atmosphere: I liked the window booths as I could enjoy the natural light and view what’s going on outside while enjoying my meal.
I tipped because how pleased I was during my visit. I’m an OTR driver from Memphis, TN. I’m going to save this place on Google maps so I can visit again.

This place is a hidden gem!!! We were on a 14 hour road trip and dying for REAL food but didn’t have time to search within towns off the exits, a friendly man overheard us talking about where to eat and said this place was amazing, so fortunately we put our trust in a stranger and we are so glad we did, Bonnie was our waitress on 01-02-2023 at 12:56pm , she was very sweet and helpful and our food was incredible to say the least. Not often you find something like this right off the exit. Thank you for providing something of this quality for us travelers !

Been in the road 3 weeks had to stop and was very happy to have had the luck to stop here , my dinner was great and the breakfast was delicious !
