Food was very good. I take my family here when I am too lazy to cook. My kids enjoy their food. Never had any problem. Wait staff is nice, our drinks are always full.

I understand short staffing. My experience here everytime I want to give another chance, it’s always not good. The service was disappointing, staff obviously have poor communication with each other. The food took so long, there was a group after me that ate and left before I even got my food. There was plastic melted to a fry. I’m never going back and do not recommend.

Came in to have breakfast. The place was pretty full and I heard mixed reviews on this place.
We were greeted by a waitress whos attitude was like the weather gloomy and unpleasant (it was raining outside). and told us to find a open booth or seat. (All had dishes on them and were not cleaned off yet).
So after we found a clean table, a respectful young man greeted us who brought hope back to our breakfast. We ordered and the breakfast was great, portions were plenty and the coffee and hot tea were refilled without request.
To the owners: a little customer service training goes along way. And to Eeyore!, if you had a bad day. Leave it at the door!! Maybe your tips will get better, and be thankful you have a job.
And lastly to our server WilI,we appreciate you kind and respectful service. You made our day!

Food was horrible. I got a Navajo burger, frybread looked nice but was over salty & was still sticky inside. I had two sickly looking patties. A piece of lettuce to barely cover one patty, the onion was bigger and thicker than the patty. One slice of tomato & slices of pickles. I only had one bite & I couldn’t have another. I just had pickles & fries. And they said 0.25 for each Togo box. Then tell us gratuity is included after 6 people. And they wouldn’t give us a discount & we had to talk with upper management on Monday.
The table next to us was having issues with their food as well. They were told they can’t give refund & can only remake their food.
I hope they don’t get sick.

Our first time to Country Family Restaurant. My wife had the Navajo Taco and I had the Stacked Enchiladas-both with green chilies. The flavors were amazing and the portion size were huge. Finally, the service was excellent! Recommend and will return.

Ordered a chef’s special, and the food was delicious. It really is a good value for your money. The food was done at a reasonable time considering they were low on staff. Like I almost wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t posted everywhere.

Horrible service or no service at all. First of all was greeted rudely “sit where you want”. Should have just turned around at that point. Sat down with my family. We sat the table for nearly 20 minutes and no one, NO ONE offered to serve us. Sat there that long because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the fact “hiring servers” was posted all over the doors. One server walked by us about 5 times, nothing. A male server walked by us, nothing. Then two other servers walked by us 2 twice, nothing. Not a “we will be right with you” or any type of acknowledgement at all. We eventually got up to leave, and one of the servers started to clean the table next to us and didn’t say anything. Another server watched us get up to leave. As we were leaving another party walked in (white family), sat down and were served within seconds. They were served before we walked out of the restaurant. I usually enjoy going to Country Family Restaurant, but I will never go there again.
