This is my husband and I’s favorite diner in CT. The food is freshly prepared and never disappoints. We are always welcomed with a smile and no matter how much time passes in between visits the staff remembers our names. Hands down best eggs benny and sausage links I’ve ever had. Hidden gem of rural CT for sure. Highly recommend.

I went here with my son today for the first time. What a lovely experience… The food and atmosphere was excellent. The menu choices are outstanding. We had the most friendly and attentive waitress (Angela). Highly recommend this restaurant!! My 16-year-old son commented “what a hidden gem”! Thank you for such a nice experience dining out ❤️

Oh my goodness! This place is truly a “home away from home”… we have been going here for months, and each menu choice is scrumptious! The servers all treat you like family, and the fireplace, fresh cut flowers and personal decorations lend towards a warm and cozy ambiance that makes you want to return “home”!

We first came here after seeing a post on Facebook, and wow—we are so glad we did! It quickly became one of our favorite spots. The people are always incredibly polite and welcoming, and the food is absolutely amazing. We’ve enjoyed breakfast here and have also taken advantage of their fantastic family trays to go. Every time we visit, it truly feels like coming home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband and I have been looking forward to dining at Country Corner for a while now and we were so glad we did! We stopped in yesterday and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a very long time! As soon as you enter you are greeted like family. The Country Corner restaurant is quaint with a homey atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed right away. It is very apparent this is a family run business that takes pride in not only serving delicious homemade food but cares for all of their guests in a way that makes you want to return.
The home cooked food was so delicious and the service was flawless.
We started off with the soup, clam chowder and the lemon chicken, chicken wings- freshly made everyday-delicious,thank you Moe! We each had one of the sandwich specials and were not disappointed. The desserts were amazing and there was a good variety to choose from. Thank you Sandy!
Special thanks to Qazi, our host who took care of us the entire meal, her mom Sandy and her brother Moe. We will definitely be making Country Corner one of our go-to restaurants where we know we will enjoy another delightful meal!

We had a group of 6 for my birthday breakfast!! What a great experience!! Food was fantastic, best breakfast out ! Even was sung happy birthday with a Belgium waffle with a candle!! Very special! Real flowers every where! Beautiful restaurant one half has a real diner feel! Can’t say enough nice things. Also was wheelchair accessible which is a huge plus in our family!!

I’ve been eating at Country Corner for many years. It has only gotten better over time. The food is superb whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu changes daily and often very creative but the main menu is extensive. You know it’s excellent when the locals come all day and for dinner, it’s date night. In winter it’s dinner by the fireplace and in summer it’s outside on the back patio. Enjoy!

Just when you think you have tried every eatery in your area, I was between New Haven and Naugatuck and smack in the middle in Bethany, CT. is the Country Corner Restaurant. WOW I was totally impressed with every thing you could be impressed with in a restaurant somewhat in the middle of nowhere. (no disrespect to Bethany) A gem of a place to enjoy great, fresh food, service second to none with such a great hometown vibe. This is a must stop in and enjoy. I didn’t;t get the name of our server but she was one of the best I have ever had. So attentive and could rattle off every special they offered with all meal ingredients and there were many, Super friendly staff and the entire crew was so attentive to all the tables, offering refills on coffee and water, along with asking if you need anything more. The food was terrific, my Son ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich, I mean really how could you go wrong with a sandwich basiclly on French toast, ham, turkey and cheese. YUM YUM. I ordered the fish sandwich, a large piece of fried cod that was perfectly fried. I can’t say enough about the experience we had here. Nothing but 5 stars all around.
