I have eaten here twice on my trip. Each time was perfect. The service was as good as it gets. I travel for a living and eat out a lot. The best service ever. I tried 2 different menu items and both were excellent. My server was exceptional. Very nice, attentive and very friendly. She was a student and I can see she will do herself well. Great service and great attitude. Her name was Brenna M. The whole staff manager included was awsome. More than one person helped with my service. Extremely good teamwork. I only regret that I don’t live in this area. I’d be here all the time. I highly recommend this place to every one!!

Server Katie was terrific! Food tasted great. Got the wings, and the glaze was a pleasant sweet surprise. However the kitchen made two slight errors on the order which was really disappointing because the food was so good. One, I only received five instead of the full order of six wings. Two, I received regular ranch instead of the guacamole ranch that I was excited to try.
Small things that I didn’t feel warranted an official complaint, but something for the kitchen to check for I think.

The service was good, also the food. However, the restrooms more resembled a crime scene than a decent restaurant restroom. Five of our party used the restroom and it was beyond nasty. Made us all wonder what the kitchen looked like. Come on, Cotton Patch, you can do better.

We came in to eat your Thursday special. The chicken tenders were Delicious & I substituted Broccoli for the fries & it was amazing,too.We ask for bread & the rolls were perfectly cooked. Our waitress was SYDNEY, who was VERY attentive & asked several times if we needed anything. She is very professional & knew all about the food & was always busy. She is an excellent employee who welcomes you to have an Enjoyable Meal. Thank you SYDNEY & Cotton Patch for taking care of us.

Highly recommend!!! If you’re looking for an excellent warm southern made from scratch dining experience. Bring your friends, family or loved ones. This is the perfect place. The food quality is excellent with such wonderful dishes and some really wonderful surprises on the menu “Country Deep Fried Bacon”, BBQ Ranch dressing and Cinnamon Honey Butter that adds that little extra flavor.
The restaurant gives you that country classic feel with well designed touches for that good home family feel. The staff and management are engaging with such warm hospitality and friendly service.

A nice family restaurant. Had the chopped barbecue brisket sandwich with fries. It was very good. My husband had fish and chips with fries and hush puppies. He said it was all very good. Also had the peach cobbler which was very good.
