I had a wonderful experience at Cotton Patch, thanks to the amazing service from Nithya. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us often, made great recommendations, and handled everything with a warm smile and professionalism. It’s rare to come across service that feels so effortless and kind. Nithya truly made our visit special, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her excellent service!

The dining experience was delightful. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and my guest opted for the pork chop. At the time of my visit, there were less than ten diners. However, the service was a bit slow, and the bread was hard. Our server was also not very attentive. Aside from that, I will definitely visit again.

Placed an online order for delivery. Order ready at 736 picked up at 8pm Cottage patch is 14 minutes from drop off location, but Tamera didn’t drop off food until 904pm. Missing add on rolls, food soggy and cold. Nag was not sealed as normal. Total waste trashed it all afraid to eat. Delivery person was horrible, but restaurant didn’t seal the bag. We had such a great experience thanks to Alyssa, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had a great attitude the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Our food came out just right, and her service made the whole visit even better. Cotton Patch is lucky to have her — we’ll definitely be asking for Alyssa next time! We ordered margaritas were soo good! Ribeye steak And chicken fried steak on point!

Everything was so tasty and the rolls were seriously delicious, so fresh and warm! My boys loved all the side options to pick from and the fried pickles were very crunchy. We really enjoyed everything and Angel was a great server. Highly recommend for southern comfort style food and a chill atmosphere.

It was my first time at this place or even a Cotton Patch restaurant. If I could give more than 10 starts I would do so. Since we walk in the door to dinning out. Everyone was nice and friendly. The food was AMAZING from the taste to the right temperature. Our waiter Justin was very efficient and generous with us. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back.

I ordered 2 loaded brisket potatoes, among other things through Uber eats. I’ve had the potato before and wanted my friend to try it. When my order was delivered, the potatos were plain and not assembled with the toppings. Instead, it was plain potatos with 2 plastic bags of brisket meat. My friend attempted to eat hers with some queso that I ordered but I took mine back the next day. Spoke with the manager that seemed unimpressed that the potato wasn’t made correctly and said “oh I guess they didn’t put it together”. Put what together? A potato and a bag of meat? I did get my potato made correctly. The entire interaction seemed like I was a nuisance rather than an unsatisfied customer.

Food is always great here. Service was very slow this time however. We didn’t see our waitress for a while. I had to go to the kitchen to ask for a drink refill. I’d also asked for gravy on my mashed potatoes, but there was none on 3/4 of the serving! They were cold by the time I actually got gravy for them.
