So I’ll start with the good. I’m only giving the service a three star rating because my waiter was awesome. He was kind and apologetic for keeping my family waiting 20 min at the table before being helped. His name is Dillion and he even left such a kind hand written note on my receipt which really touched my heart. Also the food was hot. Tasted well and the family loved it. They offer military discount.

This restaurant was a good place pre-pandemic. Since the Pandemic we have mostly gotten take–out. Our orders were wrong more often than not. When we told management of our bad experience, the response was only to make excuses…never an apology. Today was the first time we have been back for awhile. However, it will be our last time. I got a steak finger meal and asked for extra gravy, knowing that I would not get it. Well, I was right, but as it turned out I would not need it. The meal was more like a snack with 2 small sides, and 2 small steak fingers and 2 steak finger halves. Took a picture, but do not see a way to post it. My advice would be to find another Cotton Patch restaurant.

So a few things to this review. First, management thought 10 plus people should sit in the lobby while they had empty seats. Instead of sitting us and just explaining, they were short staffed. Next, while waiting, a manager started to talk negative about another worker. Next, most wait staff had airpods in their ears and ignored guests. Our waitress was amazing. She recommended food and was checking on us even though she was busy. Next, the food was amazing. I had the steak tips and gravey. Omg amazing. The rolls were ok, nothing good or bad. I can’t wait to go back and have a steak. Second time here the lady at the front same as last time let me stand there for 5 mins while she talked to a guy on the bench and didn’t even acknowledge me. Had the 2 for 22 steak. It was amazing!

Won’t serve you. Lots of people standing around not working. They were happy to serve customers of…well…they didn’t want to serve us and our large group of kids the very second we walked in. It was too bad it was my daughter’s birthday, and this was the place she chose. She’s worth more than a bargain basement establishment like Cotton Patch cafe, but she was trying to choose something she thought her little cousins would find something they might like. Now, we’ll go someplace nice, with servers who care.

WORST service experience! For starters you will not get your food in a timely manner, that’s if you get it at all. Even when ordering an hour ahead you will be met with rude employees/management! I will never waste my time nor money on this establishment or any sister companies ever again.

My mom and I were seated quickly and greeted nicely. The restaurant was really clean and the customer service was great. The only problem was that mom’s meatloaf was undercooked, so we had to send that back. My meal on the other hand was delish. Our waiter Lee made sure to correct that problem for us. So yes we’ll be back to try them again due to such great service.

Don’t waste your time coming here it stinks and the food portions are small. Ordered a chicken fried chicken and both a worker and manager (bald guy) asked did I order a jr meal and I said no. That tells me that they knew the chicken was very small. When I ask for a different one the manager got rude and said they they were going to give me the same thing. Then he comes back and says that they were out of the sides. I asked what happened to the other meal that had the sides on them, he said he threw it away. He wasted the food instead of ensuring that I was satisfied. Ended up having to get a refund. GO TO THE ARLINGTON LOCATION TO GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

June 2021! I had the chicken spaghetti and butter cake and it was delicious, I just wish the chicken spaghetti had more cheese and seasonings but overall for it to come from a restaurant it was good! It was my first time here and won’t be my last, I’m in love with this place and can’t wait to try different things on the menu. I forgot to take a pic of the spaghetti but I did take one of the butter cake and as u can see in the pic, it speaks for itself. And it’s whip cream and caramel sauce on top, yum I had got it to go so that’s why it’s in the container. All in all I’m one satisfied customer Update March 2022! I just had chicken fried brisket with cream gravy and dr.pepper sauce and it was the bomb! This place never disappoints me, and yes I said brisket and not chicken it’s new on their menu, and as y’all can see I had southern green beans and mac and cheese and corn(not pictured) as my sides. I also got the new Texas Hummingbird Cake and let me just tell y’all go try it for yourselves because oh my goodness you won’t be disappointed! Update 1-29-23 I’m disappointed in my order and taking 3 stars off due to my meal being not up to par. The chipotle chicken was burnt tasting and the rice was dried out and hard, the only good things were the sides and rolls. Idk who the cook is but they need to do better!
