Always love Chick-Fil-A. First time at this location. It was an incredibly busy Monday lunch, both drive through and dine in. Parking was a bit crowded so we had to park in the Kroger parking lot. We dined in and our food still came out within 10 minutes. The Chick-Fil-A quality I have come to know was still there, with delicious chicken sandwiches, tenders, and waffle fries. My wife did think the tenders were a bit less crispy than usual this time though.
We did have a negative experience with a staff member, unfortunately. My wife is Korean, and was the only asian woman in the restraint. A bearded man was helping the tables in our area, but we were the only one not served by him. Maybe that’s just a manning thing, but when I tried to explain that we were missing our salad’s almonds to him, he sort of flatly said they should be in the bag and got back to work. After double checking, he did give us the almonds, but my wife kept receiving odd looks from the man for the rest of our stay, rolling his at her when they would make eye contact. She was uncomfortable for the rest of the visit. The other staff were pleasant, and we know this doesn’t represent the restaurant as a whole, but we felt the need to share this experience.

I normally have great service and great food here but today. .. Chic fil a. Do better. I only ordered a milkshake and fries. My peppermint shake was lacking flavor and my large fries were more like a medium/small picture shows how little was in the fridge box..

I want to get this place a great great rating. They are very functional very fluid. I never had any problems. This location is in a very crowded spot where there’s constant traffic and where you have to deal with people, staring at their phone instead of paying attention to the traffic flow. Somehow they still get the traffic through. The food is always good. The service is always great and friendly.
Again off the stress they’re in a very crowded spot. I recommend this Chick-fil-A to everyone.

The manager (Samuel) at this location went above and beyond his service. He was super nice to our son. Our son accidentally dropped his chicken tenders and he went and got him another order. No other fast food restaurant would’ve done that. We will be regular chic- fil -a customers. Keep up the great service Thompson square Tupelo Ms

Sadly, I’ve got to say that CFA has been disappointing the last couple of months. Their biscuit easily crumbles and the chicken piece is flatter and smaller. Sometimes you just get fried breading in a bite with hardly any chicken. Their hash browns are good, but the chicken biscuit has changed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, so I’ve noticed the change in quality.

We were coming home from a trip to Florida, and stopped in around 7 hours into our 18 hour trip home. I ordered ahead on the app and picked up curbside, but just as we were finishing up running to the restroom, a gentleman came out with our food. I did not get his name, and I wish I would’ve. (I think he may have been a manager with how he was dressed) He stayed and visited for a few minutes, talking and joking with my kids, and I told him we still had about 10 hours left on our trip. He told us to have a safe trip and headed back in. A few seconds later he appeared again, and said he felt led to pray over us, if we were okay with that. We definitely were, and he prayed a beautiful prayer over the rest of our trip. It’s always a beautiful thing to witness someone being obedient to the call of the Holy Spirit. That extra step meant so much to us, and definitely gave us a more than pleasant experience at this Chick-Fil-A location. The food was great as well! Hot, fresh, plenty of napkins and sauces, and silverware included! We’re all full and refreshed for the second half of the trip!!
