Pizza was burnt and dry when it arrived after expected delivery time, when we called a man named Malachi (not sure if I spelled that right) just told us that’s how it comes and what it looks like. He did not seem to want to help at all and was fairly rude as I told him I would be contacting corporate. My son tried one slice and refused to eat any of it, we legit are just throwing it out and making something at home at this point….. The customer service at this location is horrible and I don’t really understand why anyone would order a pizza from them if this is “just how they look”.

Never had a worse customer service call. I ordered at 12:30. Store closes at 1. I called right after ordering to make sure they had the right number to call. The man had an attitude RIGHT AWAY. Told me he “already canceled the order that they don’t deliver” I asked when that policy went into effect? He said “it’s all over the app” no, no sir it is not or I would have not ordered! Furthermore if you don’t deliver WHY. AN I ORDER DELIVERY? guy needs to find a job he actually likes. I’m beyond baffled. Oh, he also hung up on me when I told him it didn’t say they don’t deliver

I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. I am super impressed. Thank you!

Regular customers we order for our office this is the second time we got an uncooked pizza the dough is raw as you can see it flips like a noodle and has raw dough lumps on the slice. The first time they remade pizza had driver take bad one back with no issues. We were satisfied. This time the guy on the phone tells me it’s impossible to send out an uncooked pizza. Well buddy here’s the photos . Accused me of lying instead of suggesting a quick fix. Terrible customer service. Do better

Happy 2026. On New Year’s my wife ordered a few pies. 1 an hour later a delivery driver comes to my house with the wrong order…despite being hungry, I get it…busy new year’s eve…driver calls the store and says someone else will come soon. 2 Another 45 min goes by it’s now been almost 2 hours, my wife calls the store hangry and they tell her. Doordash drive came by but no one answered…we were watching a movie, just inside the front door and looking out the window just to be safe…no one came by. 3 the Mrs. calls to get our money back (in 3-5 business days). 4 Jan 2, 10 am, I go out to take out trash and lo and behold, 3 pizzas on the porch…better late than never?!

Came in on 9/21/25 around 6:15 ordered a SUPREME pizza and asked for no sausage. Walked in and were not clearly busy as one person was on their phone. Came back home and there’s sausage all over the pizza and a lack of other ingredients that would make said supreme pizza a supreme pizza. Called them to make them aware and spoke with MANDY told her what we ordered and she offered to give us our money back or make a new one. I declined because I just simply wanted them the pay attention, was not once rude or demeaning towards her, she made a remark of what goes on a supreme pizza after I just explained to her what all was not on it and what was not supposed to be. Then proceeded to tell me not to speak to her that way.
