2 pizzas the cheese is barely covering half of each pizza, the bacon was thrown onto 4 slices out of 8 …the “ground beef” sausages were dumped onto 3 slices out of 8…I order a 20oz Pepsi with that and the delivery driver didn’t even know about it …I’ve been waiting an hour now for buddy to at least bring my beverage here my pepperoni pizza was burnt as you can see in the photo so, as I wait for my beverage which I don’t think I’m going to get im just going to report them to corporate because whoever made my pizza had to be blind and now I haven’t even received my full order. The crust was very dry but you can see that too right?

Ordered through website, selected to order directly and not through third party app, received confirmation email. Shortly after was called by the store stating that “doordash didn’t receive full payment and I need your payment information again.” I verified with my bank while still on the phone that payment was taken in full, and was told “I don’t know what to tell you I’m just telling you what they told me”. So I asked to speak with who would know, and was placed on hold, and then hung up on. I called back and was then told that actually my order was all good and they were just waiting on a driver. When the driver showed, they were wearing cottage inn branded shirt and hot bag. I emailed corporate, and was told that this is a franchise and all they could do was refer my email to the owner. I then called twice over the past week asking for the owner to call me back, both times speaking with Camille the manager. I still have yet to hear back from the owner.
Corporate told me that when using door dash, the store never will call requesting for payment info.
Extremely shady, strongly suspect that theft is common here. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, will never again.

I ordered a pizza online around 11:20-11:30am .. everything was confirmed and the store was indeed open (if it was closed, I wouldn’t be able to order). Around 12:30 I almost forgot I even ordered it as the delivery time was 12:15pm … as it typing it’s 1:12pm and I still haven’t received my food . I called the store 10 times trying to see what the issue was with my order; they won’t even answer the phone . I will not be ordering from this store again .. I don’t even want the pizza, I’m sure it’s probably cold

i am very disappointed with my order. the order was completely wrong. my husband picked up the order i placed and by the time i made it home the store was closed. I left a message for district manager. i haven’t received a call back yet. i ordered a chicken alfredo pizza with spinach and feta and as you see there’s no spinach on there. 23 dollars wasted.

I waited to do this review because my first experience wasn’t the best. I ordered my food online and they said my order was sent out, but it never came. I ended up going to the store where they claimed to have “lost my order”… They MORE THEN MADE UP FOR IT! I got a pizza for dinner that night, I was refunded, and I got a thirty dollar store credit!!! Thanks to the calm an cool manager who helped make everything right. Young black chick said it wasnt normally her store. There is definitely something weird going on here where there are taking peoples food it took me a LONG TIME to go back out of FEAR. BUT Seriously though they have great deals!! Just a need to figure out who is causing all the problems…

Absolute trash food. I ordered a medium pizza and it was over 50% crust. There was so much sauce and grease that the slices don’t hold their shape when you pick them up. They flop down and all your toppings slide off. The medium size was much smaller than other pizza place’s medium pizzas too. Huge waste of money.

I ordered pizza and it was supposed to be delivered by Door Dash at 1820. I call at 1845 and said we have not received our pizza. Response was “I was out back”. I said can you deliver the pizza. She had to call Door Dash and didn’t offer to make a new meal.
Door Dash arrived at 1935. The food was cold. The bread sticks were pencil wide only. I was very frustrated.
I called today for a refund and the guy stated that they weren’t open yesterday. I said yes you were and he said no. I have proof of my order and I want a refund and apology for the lie and the rudeness of the staff! Don’t order from here!!!

I placed an order at 6:00 p.m. It said it would be delivered at 6:50. About 7:30, I called and no one will answer the phone. Called back about 5mins later, still no answer . Never received my order and I’ll have to contest the charges with my bank.

I ordered a philly steak pizza custom made received the pizza and it tasted like Basil. Considering I always order the same thing I called and told a lady my issue. Told me when a driver comes in she’ll send another out. Ok no call during the night. Next day ALL DAY goes by so I decided to call to get told oh you have to talk to a general manager in the morning now mind you this was my dinner that I should have got last night. The lady answered the phone today did not or even try to correct the problem. Still have THAT NASTY PIZZA IN MY REFRIGERATOR IT EVEN LOOKS NASTY.
