Worst pizza by far downriver. A hot and ready blows this away. How expensive food is and I give you my business and you simply can’t give me what I pay for is a disgrace. Owner this manager is not doing the job training or hiring. I paid for pepperoni, onions, bacon, and pineapple and extra sauce. I got 6 pieces of pineapple, barely any onions and very light pepperoni, and the sauce is so light I took one bite and threw the whole thing away. Never a $ going your way again.

Did an order back months ago. It was memorable. The pizza was fantastic the cheese bread was great and the pizza sauce is nice and semi sweet. I remember ordering I was thinking, ugh, trying to lose weight should I order this? After a couple drinks I certainly wanted the order. It was fantastic. Good Samaritan. Worked for Trenton location back when. Always a fan of cottage inn especially the fun squares.

This place is such a rip off! $34 bucks for 8 wings and a medium pizza with pepperoni. Pizza was supposed to have extra sauce, it didn’t. There was 3 or 4 pepperoni on each slice. Now I remember why I don’t order from this place

This was our first time trying vegan pizza from Cottage Inn as part of our 21-day Daniel Fast, where we’re eating only fruits, vegetables, and grains—and it was a wonderful experience! My children and I all truly enjoyed the pizza, and even our guest, who doesn’t usually eat vegan, said it was so good they could eat it every day! The flavors were fresh, satisfying, and perfect for our fast. We definitely plan to return. The only small issue was that the online coupon code didn’t work for me, so I’ll probably just call in my order next time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty vegan option!

Pizza arrived 30mins late. People in the store didnt know why the driver wasnt here yet when he left 20mins before I called…I live 6mins away! Order from this location, didn’t look at the items before I left, got home and opened the box to pencil stick bread sticks. Called the store to give feedback, didn’t ask for a refund or anything. The person on the other end was very rude and hung up on me. I’m in the customer service field and was just giving feedback. I was beyond nice.

We decided to try this place out because we heard it was new management and had a coupon for free cinnamon sticks. Ordered online, said it would take 35 minutes and they arrived just before that. The pizza was undercooked and barely warm, half pineapple but it was only on two pieces (ordered a medium).
They gave us two orders of cinnamon sticks and forgot our salad, which the driver did bring back after I called; no apology, just that they’d send the driver back out. $8.99 for a salad in a small styrofoam box (could fit a hamburger) is outrageous.
I cannot recommend this place and won’t be back.

I’ve ordered Cottage Inn a few times in the past. I liked it, but it never blew me away. It’s currently under new ownership, so I decided to pick up some pizzas and wings. The difference is night and day. Both were outstanding! The flavors were amazing. This will definitely be my new go-to spot going forward. Great job guys!!!
