I have enjoyed Cottage Inn for a while but I’m leaving this review because of a technical glitch that turned out well in the end because of a specific employee. I ordered late, right before the end of daylight savings. My pizza was taking forever and it had never been late before. I called and Jennifer answered. She was very respectful and explained the time change messed up their orders and my pizza was on the way. She assured me it would be warm. Within 10 mins Jennifer arrived with my pizza that was still hot. I recognized Jennifer as she had delivered many times before and was always prompt and friendly. She even complemented my Christmas decor last year, which meant a lot because my boyfriend and I spent a lot of time on it. She apologized again for the computer glitch and I thanked her for not forgetting my order. The end.

Had my first visit here this week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the interior layout. Well designed and maintained. Especially for a pizza establishment. The pizza was great too. I’ve been sleeping on this brand but won’t be anymore. It was lunch and being downtown it was full of construction workers. Not exactly welcoming for an office chica but I get it.

Typically fresh hot and delicious delivery … tonight is different is barely warm and 40 minutes late. Driver is the first one had that can not find my address with GPS… calling from a mile away can’t find my house while at apartment complexes…

Ordered a $40 order online to be told the order didn’t go through but I’m gonna be charged and refunded in 1-3 business days on a weekend. I was also told I can do my order again after I called. So $80 for one pizza and bread with garlic sauce. Wouldn’t just make my order. They were aware of the online order issue as it was happening a lot but had no resolution. Will never order cottage inn again. The manager hung up on me because he “knew the issue but had nothing he could do” with an ongoing issue. Highly recommended avoiding.

Ordered online, when we got they’re they said it would be another 10-15 minutes for our order. It took 45 minutes for the order to get done. The pizza was still doughy in the middle and had the wrong ingredients.

The staff was very nice and kept the place clean. They have coupons you can use. I had soneone with me that had a food allergy. They had no issue changing thier gloves and utensils. It was easy to get in and out on Friday at 5:30. Thank you for making our experience great.
