From the professionalism and the whole staff being well dressed and uniformed & such quick service. My Drink, and Meal at my table in under 7 minutes is just pure perfection. From the service and the flavor, the overall hospitality is Amazing. They don’t just sell you food , they show you hospitality. Not many places can do that .

Quick dinner. I got the burrito cotija and cheese dip for the chips, again. Fast service, good food. They had a big catered order going out when I got there, didn’t slow them down.

Food was served 4 minutes after ordering and everything tasted perfect. Manager checked on me right after I tasted the food. The waiter has come back with everything I’ve asked for ins very timely manner. I will be stopping here every time I come through. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Wish I could give 6 stars.

The food is amazing, Kinda greedy with the cheese dip. I normally do to go orders, and I ALWAYS have to order an extra cheese dip on top of my rancheros which are supposed to have cheese dip already. They barley put any, even when u ask for extra it’s given to you in a small dipping container, not put over the top.

I ordered the enchiladas tapicas which the menu says it includes sour cream. I didn’t receive it on my plate and asked the waitress about it. She said it doesn’t come with it. I checked on my way out and sure enough it’s supposed to be with the food. It’s small but I ordered it for a reason because it included sour cream. Either the staff doesn’t know the menu or you’re not getting what it’s supposed to be. Either way check your order. And there was an older lady outside begging for money on the way in.

My family and I visited today, and from the first interaction, the service was horrible . The waitress kept cutting us off when we tried to discuss our order. She would reach over us to get or give something to someone instead of walking around. Our party received their food at staggered times – one person got their food, and then 5-7 minutes later, someone else would get theirs. My mom was the last to receive her food, and everyone else was almost done. After experiencing such poor customer service, we asked for to-go plates because we couldn’t sit there any longer. I love the food chain Cotija, but this Sheridan location will never get my business, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Usually a good restaraunt however yesterday my uncle ate there and ordered no shrimp on his plate, because he is allergic. There must have been contamination somewhere because he had a reaction. He will not be going back for health reasons but we wanted to warn people with allergies to be cautious.

Wonderful visit! Super friendly, fast service, great atmosphere. Fresh hot food that’s well but not over seasoned. Good portions for decent price.
