Asked for beef and they gave me chicken. Asked for tomatillo ranch and had extra cost and they didn’t give me. I HATE when I pay for food and don’t get what I want. Worst experience ever! Detail: ordered online and asked for sweet pork and they didn’t have.
Don’t go there! Save your money for a better place. So upset that I paid for eat this dry stuff!!!!

Stopped by as passing through the state and first thing I saw was they were not using their made tortillas but mission tortillas. I was watching them pull them from the bag as they heated them up. This should have been an indicator of poor quality but we needed to hit the road. This place also had the smallest serving of any item you asked for. I understand placed cutting back but when you barely get anything with the tongs or spoon, it’s like why am paying for this. My wife got a salad and the pico tasted old and the lettuce was wilted to where it was almost slimy.

I had previously left a good review that all changed today. My food was rushed and the employees got my order wrong, cheese not melted and room temperature food. I think it might be a Elko problem, this restaurant is usually so much better.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I felt obliged to this time.
I go to this Costa Vida quite often, I like the food there because it is consistently delicios and doesnt take too long to get. I like the fact that there are lots of windows and plenty of natural light. On top of that the workers are always kind and polite to me. Today though, I accidentally left my wallet here and the manager went out of her way to message me and let me know that I had left it. I am really grateful for that. I hope that anyone passing through Elko decides to stop here. 10/10, 5 stars.
Also a good dish is the steak salad. Always my personal favorite.
TLDR: This is a great place with great food and great people running it. I highly recommend it.

Food was very good. Eating at the restaurant was fine but cold in the dining room. Some drink options were not working on the fountain machine.

We placed an order online but realized our travel placed us at costa vida 15 min after they closed. I called the store and they gladly kept the store open for us. Surprisingly the food was hot and delicious! Amazing!

My daughter and I wanted costa vida tonight so we stopped at the one in Elko. It was only my daughter and I and there was another older couple in front of us. We were not greated when we walked in, we got to the counter and the girl who looked to be fulfilling online orders said I will get you in a minute ok no big deal. Then I overheard the boy who was making tortillas say I hope all of their tortillas crumble when they get them and the girl doing the orders says yeah me to its christmas eve and I have things to do… I am still standing there waiting for someone to come and help us. She finally comes over and says what will it be doesn’t make eye contact I wasn’t sure she was even talking to us but I gave her my order and we moved up, two other girls come from the back and started helping, then I got up to pay and I was waiting on my quesadillas for my kids. they made some for the couple and their kids behind us and the girl checking us out asked the other girl if those were ours she said no hers are still in the press. We got home and the quesadillas were soo gross they tasted like plastic and were not even cooked all the way. I get it you dont want to work on the holiday then request it off or dont work fast food, those two employees were super rude and very unprofessional.
Also when I was leaving about 15 more people came in. Hope they got better service then we did.

I absolutely love the raspberry chicken salad with the cilantro lime dressing. But what really blew me away was the in-house homemade Key Lime Pie. When I tell you that it was one of the best that I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t stop eating it because it was just that good!!!

I love this place however recently with the mobile orders they have been messing up my order for the past three mobile orders. So I would recommend not doing mobile orders. For example: today I ordered 2 extra ounces of shredded meat in my burrito and I got it on the side instead of the extra cheese I wanted to put on top of it. It seems like it depends on who is making your order
