They finally fixed the septic tank smell that used to fill the entire front area. Food is always good though. No complaints. Prices did go up quite a lot though. Even mango salsa and other things that used to be free have a charge now. 🙁 also I got the lunch special and it was only maybe .50 cheaper total. So not really worth it. But I do still really love the sweet pork.

I usually love the food from here but my oder today was a waste of money. The small nacho only filled about half the container and my 2 smothered burritos were just a plain burrito. They weren’t busy at all as only had 3 tables with customers eating and only 1 couple in line to order. While there was 3 of us getting take out
I hope they didn’t get home to be completely disappointed as well. It might be quite awhile before I order from here again. So sad

Very disappointed. I had been here a couple times before. Today the food was terrible! I took my dad to a doctor’s appointment footfall. He’s currently living in a rehab where he hasn’t been eating well. So I wanted to take him somewhere he would enjoy and eat well. I asked him where he wanted to go and he chose Costa Vida. He said he wanted chicken enchiladas and that they had good ones. We both ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce and black beans and rice. The guy gave me the wrong beans. I didn’t complain. I just wanted dad to have a good meal. I set him up to eat while I got our drinks. I got back to the table and could tell by the look on his face he was disappointed. I took a bite and seriously couldn’t figure out what it tasted like. The best way to describe it is it tasted like cardboard! I took 2 bites of the enchilada trying to figure out what the taste was. It was the red sauce that had the rank taste. I took one bite of the rice. It was dry and had no flavor. I tried a bite of the beans but, was not impressed. When I had come here before the place was packed. There were only about 5 tables being occupied. If this is now the norm for the food I can see why it was so dead. The music was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation. I had to go outside to make a phone call. It was such a disappointment. My dad ate more than I did. He took the rest back to the rehab because he said it might be better than what they are serving. I have been there when his tray comes and sometimes you can’t recognize what it is. One time it was supposed to be Sweet and Sour pork it looked like tuna on brown rice. So I understand why he took it back. It would have to be pretty bad too have the enchiladas as a back up. I feel bad he didn’t get a good meal to eat.

Their ‘spicy/medium’ salsa wasn’t spicy at all, and their grilled chicken burrito tasted like they put a 1/4 cup of sugar in it.

Tortilla was good though, so there’s that.

The chicken was burnt, rice was hard and the employees assumed what you wanted on your entrees regardless of your desires. When stated what we wanted they rolled their eyes and said fine like we were bothering them. They neglected to give us the cinnamon rolls that go with the kids meal when we ordered. One of the employees, while on break, was watching videos on his phone in the dining area louder than the music playing. We will never go back to this location but we do like the chain over all.

The food is excellent and the service is great! I’ve tired a few items, but the burrito with grilled steak is my favorite! Highly recommend! I love the fresh ingredients you all use! Keep up the great work!

As Arby’s slogan goes, “Arby’s, We Have The Meats!”

You’re probably wondering why I would bring that up even though this review is for Costa Vida. The reason I said that is because when you think of that slogan, you automatically assume there’s going to be “meat” in or with your meal.

Tonight, I did a mobile order for two Sweet Pork salads (assuming I would get what I paid for). Unfortunately, I got about an ounce of meat in the entire salad.

For the staff, please don’t skimp out on the meat! The Sweet Pork is the best part of the meal!!!

Besides the negative experience I had tonight, I will still recommend this location. The food is good, the interior/exterior is clean and the staff are friendly. I just wouldn’t recommend doing a mobile order.

A gluten-free version of Chipolte. Good, but not as tasty. Designed for the yuppie crowd.
I returned after 2 years and the judgment remains the same. I had a Chicken Bowl and they added onions and bell peppers to zap up the taste of the rice, however, the chicken was slightly over-cooked, dry and hard.
Place is clean, service was good and we did take-out.

Love their food.
For those who don’t like their salsa sweet be careful, there is one spicy green salsa but then there is a green salsa that is sweet so ask to taste them before getting it on your burrito, otherwise you will ruin your food. The burritos are large enough to share.

Nathan and Zack are very kind and professional. They’re considerate towards my hearing problem and make me feel welcomed by not getting annoyed when I ask them to repeat what they said. A+ good dudes
