My recent visit to this Burger King was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had in years. The restaurant was dirty, the service was unprofessional, and the food quality was unacceptable.
I waited over 20 minutes for an order that should have taken five, only to receive a lukewarm burger that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were soggy, the drink machine was half empty, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. When I politely mentioned the issue with my order, I was met with attitude instead of assistance.
If Burger King wants to keep customers, they need to take a serious look at management, training, and quality control. I don’t expect five-star dining from fast food, but I do expect basic competence — and that was nowhere to be found here. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others save their money and go elsewhere.

Me and my family stopped at this Burger King on our way home.
We asked for our food to be made fresh and it wasn’t.
My chicken sandwich was hard.
My Texas double whopper had no bacon on it.
And my chicken nuggets were dehydrated.
And our fries & onion rings were cold.
The store wasn’t even busy, if I didn’t leave before checking the food I would’ve taken it back.

Not a good experience. Long wait time and food was burnt. I had to sit and stare at my order for 3 minutes on the warmer before someone came and finally bagged it up and handed it to me. At least they remembered no pickles on the burger.

On Saturday morning I was heading on a solo trip to TN. I stopped to grab a quick breakfast. I was the only person in the drive thru, and there was one person in the lobby. I placed my order for a croissant and hashbrowns. I was asked to pull around to the Mobile spot. I then asked for ketchup, the young lady said that she’d put them in my bag. I waited for 14 minutes, the young comes to my window and asked what did I order. She hands me one of several bags that she has in her hands. By this time there were about 4 cars that she’s also pulled up. I got my order and noticed no ketchup. I shrug it off and continue on my drive. I reach in my bag to get a hashbrown and just based on texture I’m turned off. Against my better judgement I tasted one and was disgusted. I eat BK very often at the McDonough, GA store and this food isn’t even on the same planet with them. Total waste of money, horrible service and nonchalant employee in drive thru.

The staff member Mel did a great job took my order and made sure I was satisfied. She was super nice and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.
