Our favorite Costa Vida location!!! (and we’ve been to many) Fantastic service and portions! My wife has celiac, and this was the only location where the worker noticed there was no gorilla, asked if this one needed to be gluten free, then went and put GLOVES on to make sure it wasn’t contaminated! (10/10 for Mason!) The staff was friendly and very helpful! Also I LOVE the layout and the stools. Cleanest Costa Vida I’ve ever been to! Definitely would recommend! Will be returning!

Ordered: kids chicken taco no beans
Received:lettuce taco? Literally 2.5 pieces of chicken and 1/2 cup + lettuce! Rice had a few beans and tortilla strips in it. Definitely cross contaminated! Tasted fine for the chicken I could taste. Very disappointed in the lack of protein and contaminated rice. Luckily I don’t have an allergy.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The portion control used is nothing but short of ridiculous. All of the meat and beans were located directly in the center and in small portions as well. Will not be coming back to this Costa Vida ever again

In passing through and grabbed some food through the drive through to eat while on the road. It came out fast as expected since we were the only ones in the drive through. Lo and behold we never received straws for our drinks (assumed they were in the bag) and our kids meals had pretty sorry servings of rice and no cinnamon tortilla. Pretty disappointing as usually costa vida always slaps, but I guess it taught me don’t trust the drive through.
Edit: In addition to missing part of my meals, my chicken had a sharp bone in it. Added picture but it’s hard to see. Almost broke my tooth when biting down. Really regretting my decision to come here, never again.

I’ve never left a review like this, but this was honestly embarrassing. I waited over 35 minutes past my pickup time and was repeatedly told “1–2 more minutes” with absolutely nothing happening.
Meanwhile, one employee was casually eating off the grill, while others were busy wiping trays in an empty restaurant instead of helping with backed-up orders. The lack of urgency and awareness was unreal.
To top it off, a group of employees who appeared to be on break were sitting nearby laughing, slapping each other, and being obnoxiously loud, like a cafeteria, not a workplace. No supervision. No leadership. No accountability.
I understand these are teenagers, but this wasn’t youth it was poor management and complete dysfunction. This location does not need new staff. It needs a manager who actually manages.

The customer service was excellent! Our food was delicious. A friend of mine treated me for lunch yesterday, before we headed back home from a fun day of shopping in Spanish Fork. It was my first time m e eating at Costa Vida. I will most DEFINITELY be back again and will also bring my mother, who loves to try different places to eat whenever we have our trips over the mountain visiting family and friends.

Costa Vida’s sweet pork salad is my obsession—shredded pork marinated in that molasses-tangy sauce over rice, black beans, and fresh romaine, topped with pico, cotija, and cilantro lime dressing. House tortillas are warm and pliable for wrapping extras. Mango salsa when in season adds tropical pop. Kids’ meals are cheap with fruit sides. Service is quick, even at lunch rush, and they customize spice levels perfectly. Bright spot with self-serve salsas. Healthy-ish Mexican that tastes indulgent—keeps me full till dinner without the guilt.

I needed a gluten-free meal with corn tortillas instead of flour. The cook simply smiled and said No Problem! She changed her gloves and placed foil on the grill to place my tortillas on. It added a bit to her job but she never complained. I was very happy with the service I received. All our food was wonderful.

I ordered door dash last night at 8:45pm. I ordered a regular chips and queso and other stuff but the the queso was the problem. It was disgusting. Costa Vida queso is my favorite. But last night Nov 1st their queso smelled rancid and tasted rancid. I couldn’t eat it. Lost 7$ on chips and queso. Check your queso please.
