I ordered a bowl. They sprinkled rice beans and meat approximately 1/4″ high in a 6″ tin pan and the added a small scoop of some letuce charged me about $11 after tax. I got a side of guacamole and they charged more. Save your $15 if you want to eat a filling meal because you will be left hungry. I’m a small adult and still starving! Went nextdoor to cupbop and got double the food for $5 less

I have been to Costa Vida probably over 75 times and it has gotten so frustrating how small the portions are getting with the prices going up. I went in today and was given maybe half of a scoop of sweet pork which was then spread out to make it look like there was more. I asked if I could get more since I was barely given any and the worker didn’t budge that I needed to pay extra for more meat since he gave me the “standard portion size.” I have been to Costa many times and that was not even close to the standard. I get the worker is trying to do their job but it’s very disappointing to be paying more and more with very little meat as well as less and less lettuce. Do better by your customers.

Food is great, but holy crap if I order on the app at 5:10pm for soonest pickup, I shouldn’t be waiting in the store for 45 minutes and then finally get my food at 630… absolutely ridiculous, will not be coming back to this location. Also, I patiently explained all this to the guy at the counter, and asked if there was anything that could be done, as I was trying to SAVE time, not sit and wait? He said “no I don’t think so”. Not even a free drink… I’m appalled

We stopped by yesterday for the first time and it was okay.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad, a grilled chicken burrito and a kids meal.
The salad tasted great but the chicken was just to dry!!!
My boyfriend said the same about his burrito, it tasted good but the chicken wasn’t his favorite.
My sons loved his meal and I’m glad he enjoyed it.
I also order a specialty drink(horchata) and it’s tasted like there was to much cinnamon.
Overall, easy to get to and friendly employees.

We ordered to go and we checked when qe arrived that everything was in the bag. We did indeed have everything. However, we ordered to kids meals with sweet pork quesadillas and neither quesadilla had pork in it. It was quite the bummer upon arriving home with 2 kids expecting pork and not getting it. Ultimately it was too late and too far to drive back to get it fixed.
Pretty bummed that we paid extra for the pork and didn’t get it and had to deal with the upset feelings after.
Other than that things tasted great.

They use to be great with portions but as of recently I’ve felt as though they’ve been giving way less with the portions getting smaller and smaller. They will grab a full scoop, only put half on your meal, then spread it out to look like there’s more. They’re usually good about adding more when asked, but it can be a little frustrating to have to continuously ask for my full meal.

Horrible service. We barely got any food. My wife ordered two pork tacos that come with a side of rice and beans. She BARELY got anything. The employee handed her not even a 1/4 a spoon full of each and still charged us $12. They did the same for my pork salad and when I asked “may I have more rice and black beans please?” The employee scoffed at me and moved on with previous orders behind us. Lastly, we asked for our order to go when we were done getting our “food” ready. Upon reaching the cash register, the employee didn’t offer us any drinks and handed us the tray after I paid. I reiterated again and politely asked for our food to go. He then handed us the trays and not even a to-go bag. I had to wait for someone kind enough and willing to talk to me to give me a bag and everything else I need to make our half empty amounts of food ready to go. Needless to say, our family won’t be coming here. The management is a disaster, seems like the franchise owner is struggling to run/function
