The store manager called me and apologized for the salad and offered a replacement for a future meal. Great customer service. **
The salad was very disappointing. Normally they are generous with the amount of salad, but this one seemed to only be half full. The amount of chicken wasn’t great either, and I payed for a double portion. Definately NOT worth the almost $20 paid for the salad!!

Chandy & Dany (sorry if I’m messing up the spelling) were great. Very friendly & helpful. 10/10. Unfortunately, despite their great service, I ended up not having a great experience. We got our kid’s food to dine in and while they ate, I ordered my husband and I’s food to go so we could eat in peace after my kids went to bed (1 and 3 years old). I saw the gal working on to go orders, didn’t catch her name, grab a burrito from the warmer, which I swore was mine, I stopped her and asked her about it but she said no it was for a to go order and completely dismissed me like I was an idiot. Well….. I got home and lo and behold, I was right. I got the wrong burrito which was pork with black beans and mild sauce, which I’m not a fan of at all unfortunately. I ordered chicken with pinto beans and medium sauce. Super bummed. I wish the people working on to go orders would keep an eye on what food they’re grabbing or at least wouldn’t have dismissed me like I didn’t know what I was talking about . Chandy & Dany were great, though. What was REALLY frustrating is that I tried to call the store and apparently you can’t call any Costa Vida store directly?!?! There is only a corporate phone # listed. The lady I spoke to from corporate was fine, said they would give me points to cover the cost of the burrito, which I honestly don’t even care about the $10. It’s the fact that I was dismissed so fast without the to go lady even checking to see if maybe she possibly did grab the wrong burrito. Mistakes happen! I make them daily. Not hard to be courteous to guests. So now I’m home at 9 pm, no dinner, after a very long work week. The lady on the phone said I could go back to the store and tell them what happened and get the correct burrito. Why in hell’s sake would she suggest that to me after I just explained that I have a 1 and 3 year old in bed. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and I’m completely OK with that. The correct way to handle this would have been to offer to have the correct burrito delivered to me via DoorDash or whatever courier service that the Costa Vida app uses. But instead, the resolution I was given was that I will receive the points for the burrito on Monday after the lady’s supervisor who is authorized to issue such points as back in the office.

My first time coming into this location, pretty nice tank as you walk in, very clean establishment. I was greeted by Oscar, he was very friendly and provided quick service. Definitely will be coming back.

With two celiacs in our family, finding places to eat can be difficult. We saw good reviews recommending Costa Vida, and it lived up to the hype! The staff were friendly and meticulous about avoiding cross-contamination, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend the mango salsa.

I got the tortilla soup and it wasn’t my favorite. It was an okay soup just not what I was wanting. Tasted more like a canned soup. Other times I’ve been there and gotten the Baja bowl and it always taste great. Service is always really good and quick.

My first and last time here, the steak was over cooked, cold and tasteless, the queso had a sweet taste that i couldn’t figure out, I tried to find the sugar and carbs on the food but couldn’t find it online, I’m almost sure they add sugar to their queso, terrible tasting food. The employee gave me Fresca sauce to add some flavor to the tasteless steak, that sauce was good $12 for lunch wasted. I ate it because I had to go back to work, definitely café rioadds more seasoning to their steak.
