We ordered our food and it tastes good. Our complaint is we paid $32 for such small portions compared to any other costa vida we’ve been to. I’ve never seen such abysmal amounts of meat in a taco before. Sad day

I ordered my nachos through an app and asked for some items on the side, which were delivered correctly and well packaged. However, I don’t think it’s fair to pay $13 for such a small amount of meat. There were only a few strips, and even under the cheese there was barely any meat. They spread a very small amount across the plate, which was disappointing for the price.

Layton costa vida hands down has the best and freshest food and best tasting food but more importantly an outstanding commitment to customer service. Brisneydi always greets me with a smile and has remembered my order. This location always goes above and beyond to make sure it’s clean, friendly, and inviting. I go to a lot of costa vida locations and this is by far my favorite one. They also run an amc deal with a movie ticket that is a great bang for your buck. If I’m hungry and I’m on the area I will always stop by and get me a chicken burrito. I’ve been helped my the majority or the staff here and it is always a pleasant and easy experience. I’ve even seen customers be rather distasteful with them and they always handle any situation professionally and kindly. The food is always hot fresh and savory! The tortillas are always warm and fluffy and the any of their sauces always hit the spot and make the burritos that much better! This location is the best location I’ve been to and will always be my go to location. Thank you brisneydi for always being professional and kind as you are.

I’ve gone here a few times and they’ve always been great. This last time, we had a slight mix-up as I added some drinks at the end of the drive thru order that didn’t get added. I needed them for the coupon I had but they didn’t make it to the the order. It was my mistake for not remembering to order at the begining. The worker at the drive thru window was awesome and helped fix it all so I could use the coupon!
Like i said, they’ve always been great. 10/10 will always come to this location.

After a long day of work getting your food truly makes my day better. I’m honestly so disappointed by my experience this time around. I completely understand the store getting busy towards closing. The cashier was nice. But the food.. for $16.00 this is mind boggling. The refried beans were watery, received a little bit of rice as well. Waiting 10-15min for the food you’d assume the beans and rice would be warm but it was a luke-warm temperature.
Overall for the price the food could be better. Ugh just disappointed.

Years. Customer Service has been the best with the drive thru and the catering service. Recently went inside to get two entrees to go. Because Remover in front of me ordered queso and it looked like soup very watered down there was no cheese in it. They thought for sure it was the soup broth. My order they were very light on the lettuce and very skimpy on the pork in my quesadilla. I’m questioning whether I’ll be coming again.
