If you get a Togo order or go through The drive-through make sure you check it for sure if you have food allergies. Also beware when you order your salad it will come with brown greens. Worst costa Vida I’ve ever been to.

The Costa Vida in blackfoot has incredible customer service. Jacody and Maddex provided top notch service and were so helpful. We placed a very big order going through the drive through and they were absolutely amazing. Plus the food was awesome!! I highly recommend this place!!

Hi! I came through tonight close to closing time and they were out of steak. But they said it’d be 7-10 mins. I have no problem waiting at all. Sweet person at the drive thru came to tell me the grills were turned off for steak and was just so accommodating! Micha (I believe) was absolutely amazing & soooo helpful! I didn’t mind switching to a different protein but they were amazing & apologetic and wanted to make sure I still had a good meal. Give this kid a raise!

Smallest salad of my life. Left hungry. They have a scale that they put the salads on before putting the meat on them… They placed a small amount of pork on my salad and then took some off because it went slightly too high on the scale. I don’t normally leave reviews but I will never be coming back. Run!! Staff is nice and food is good. Must be extremely bad management. A little bit of meat doesn’t cost much extra. But just so you the management knows…it makes a huge difference.

I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed… went to costa vida with my wife after work and sat in the drive thru forever! And I didn’t mind that completely because I used to work fast food as a teen and often times have a rush and people would have to wait all the time. Frankly waiting was the best part about my experience. Once I got the food I went home to pound it down, and I notice I didn’t get any rice or beans with my quesadilla. To make matters worse my wife’s enchilada was looking like a kids meal. It was tiny and there was only one of them and I thought it came with two. I swear they ran out of large tortillas… like I said not one to write reviews and having worked in fast food I’m not one to complain either, but this was upsetting. Definitely a 1 star experience but I feel bad enough writing a review so I’ll give it a 3 cause past times costa vida has always been a hit for me!

I loved that they still had the water Costa decoration. I miss having it in other stores.
The food was great, the guy that served us was super careful after I told him my daughter had food allergies. I was sad their juice area was broken.

Superb work being done by extraordinary people. They were closing when we arrived. I knocked on the door and told a staff member that I didn’t want to eat somewhere else. I will be overjoyed if you guys can make us few meals, and they were quite gracious to agree to serve us. I adore the way our food is prepared and handled.
We place a salad and fajita order. They kindly carried out the additional requests we made of them. I absolutely enjoyed the food, which was fantastic. The manager and staff were wonderful. While they were preparing our meals, we had excellent talks. Every time I visit Blackfoot, I always stop by this location.

I can’t believe how slowly they fill orders. I waited half an hour and there were only ~5 people in line. Must be a corporate directive to make everyone wait (reducing throughput) while they weigh the food down to the nearest gram to save a buck for the shareholders? The single teenager fulfilling orders was obligated to weigh my barbacoa beef, but didn’t seem to care that it was mostly water left. I also paid for an overpriced drink but the ice was gone, so the soda was warm.

Seriously this place is bad. Tonight was my 4th and last time at the Blackfoot one… The only time they have ever done an order right, was when there were actual adults there, right when they opened. It’s sad too cause OTHER Costa Vida’s have good food.
I ordered nachos, zero cheese, supposed to have queso on it, nope, one bite of pulled pork, then to top it all off, they said they had made their key lime pie bad so she said she could give me the cinnamon tortillas. I said sure. Well all they did was take a tortilla and put butter (a lot), cinnamon, & sugar on it… It’s not even cooked, just a plain floppy tortilla loaded with butter…
$13.96 for this crap…
This will definitely be the next restaurant to go outta business in Blackfoot. Someone’s gonna get food poisoning here, if they already haven’t.

I love going to this location i don’t usually like the drive thru at other restaurants but this one did an amazing job. I love the salad with raspberry Chipotle chicken it’s my favorite thing here. Im gluten sensitive and the salad is always amazing.
