The service was pretty good, and they’re pretty friendly, the reason I’m leaving a low review is because at first it was pretty good then i noticed some hard rice, no biggie to me. I ate my first enchilada and in it tasted like stomach acid, that’s the best I can explain it. I’m not sure what it was but i gave it one more try and it tasted okay for a bite or two till i tasted the stomach acid stuff again so i moved to the other enchilada (they had different sauces, I thought it was the sauce at first but idk what it was) and then i find like 3 little hairs. So I’m just like I’m done. I’ve eaten here before and the other times have been good but not so much this time.

Stopped by Costa Vida on our way through town and had a great experience! Jay was very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. We ordered a couple of burritos—sweet pork and steak—and both were tasty. The sweet pork was a little dry, but the sauce was delicious as always and made up for it. We also couldn’t resist getting cinnamon tortillas on the side, which were a sweet treat! The only other small downside was the lettuce on the side being a little dry, but overall, we really enjoyed our meal. Would definitely stop by again!

Excellent time at my fav restaurant!!!! Highly recommend to eat here only if you’re hungry though, because it’s important to be hungry when you want to eat. The staff was so kind it was awesome to watch and make my food cause it gave me a weird feeling of pleasure idk how to describe it

Grossest costa vida I have ever been to period. It was unbelievable. Every single trash can overflowing. Women’s restroom littered with trash and toilet paper on the ground. No toilet paper, no soap and no hand sanitizer in the restroom. I told someone and they said they would refill it and then went back to cook more food instead. I asked again after waiting awkwardly for a few minutes and was given an alternative place to wash my hands and I don’t know how long it took them to fill the womens restroom. I filled my kid’s cup with ice and high C and there was an ant floating on top. I’m not even kidding. The tables were not being cleaned after people left. Trash just left everywhere. I felt so nasty leaving there.

This location impressed me! Very clean, even the ceiling vents were very clean. A lot of restaurants I notice have very dusty ceilings. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Everything was flavorful. Staff was friendly and competent. They even have a drive through for convenience! Just down the road was a McDonald’s that was absolutely PACKED. I wish that people would come here instead! It’s so much better value and nutrition.

I fell in love with the energy as soon as I walked in. Naomi was serving customers in the dining room and you could feel her enthusiasm. The servers were super helpful as this was my first visit to the establishment. I love it there! The Baja bowl was excellent after a long day of OTR truck driving. I hope they come to South Carolina!!

The restaurant was crowded so that’s always a good sign. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The floors were dirty & sticky. One of the servers refused to wear a hat or a hairnet so it’s only a matter of time before someone gets long brown strands of hair in their food. I mentioned that to one of the workers there and there was no change. Fortunately I didn’t get any hair in my food but him hanging his head over the food as he served was discouraging. The trash cans were full and the tables were not wiped after people left. Not a bad experience but not a great one.
