This was good for a chicken place, not fancy, mid priced and we definitely enjoyed the nostalgic games.
The chicken was moist and had a good flavor.I really enjoyed the lemon pepper seasoning and everyone loved the Mac and Cheese, although I found it to be too similar to a box of Velveeta.

Our family LOVES this place! The restaurant is very clean & super fun with different free games to play. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! We had the “Cali Hot” heat on our chicken and I was sweating. I highly recommend this family friendly restaurant, it’s the best hot chicken in town! They have many different options (not just spicy) and they are all delicious. CHECK THEM OUT FOR SURE!!

I am not a big fan of any type of chicken, I kept driving pass Roostarz Hot Chicken because of my preference of the type of food that I enjoy eating. My wife told me that we should try this place and we did. I ordered the sliders ( no heat ),and my wife ordered the rice-n-Roos medium heat. She told me the next she’ll order the low heat. She told me that the rice was delicious. The french fry’s was very delicious and so was the sliders. The service was polite and informative about this restaurant cooking their food in peanut oil. So the first thing that I ate was the french fry, I was only going to try just one, but I couldn’t help myself and ate almost half before I started eating the chicken slider. The slider was delicious, and very tasty. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, and this place is kid friendly. There’s wall mounted TVs, there’s also free games to play. There’s lots of parking and it also has handicap parking with wheelchair accessible. There’s also outdoor tables.

I was in the area for an appointment and my stomach told me it was about lunchtime, so I did what we do nowadays. I googled “food near me.” It worked. I saw this Hot Chicken and was sold.
Made my way over to their shop, walked in and ordered a slider and a strip combo. The slider I got SOS (their highest heat) and the Cali Fire (2nd highest).
The order taker asked if I had been there before and after saying “no” she was kind enough to warn me that they have real heat, and it wasn’t a low level like normal places.
Now me being an absolute weirdo pepper head, I told her not to worry and I would be fine.
Spoiler: I was fine.
Although these high levels do pack heat (I did sweat a little bit) and are far higher than a typical “ghost pepper” level at a chain place.
There are hotter things out there.
Now let me warn you, you had better be a pepper head. If you think pepperoni is spicy, or Sriracha is hot, best pick a low, and I mean low, level.
What I was very happy about was the taste. These have a great, fun heat to them, but they also taste great! Their slaw on the slider goes very well with the chicken. I’m not a fan of “chicken-fil-a” style sauces, but theirs is pretty good. The ranch is great, and their fries are also well done.
I really enjoyed my visit and will be back again for sure. I like a hot chicken place that can actually pull off heat without resorting to overzealous extracts, where heat for the sake of heat is the focus and not the flavor.
You will enjoy this place despite what level your heat (read pain) tolerance is!
They also have some games, like shuffleboard, Jenga, and giant Connect Four.

Was working in the area when I saw the sign, it was a little hidden but I read hot chicken sign and thought I better try this place out. I came in and got the 2 sandwich meal (medium heat) the flavors were really good and it was a lot of food, literally two servings! Medium isn’t too spicy if you like spicy food. Their house sauce is really good! I came back and got the sandwich and tender but got it Spicy this time, that was perfect! Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area.

This place is absolutely amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely earned those five stars! Our new favorite place! The SOS is no joke. It’s extremely hot and it’s so flavorful if you like spicy food you’ll love this place. The fries are delicious too. Make sure to get a soda with your sandwich if you get the SOS lol. Daughter had the no spice chicken sandwich and it’s super flavorful and tasty. I tried a piece.

Best Nashville fried chicken in Sacramento! Spicy dry rub is best at mild or medium. Comes with ranch (at request) and house sauces. Fried in Peanut Oil (the best)! Fun free games inside.
