Me and my girlfriend came in a few minutes after they closed. We were greeted with great service. Very friendly and welcoming. They made fresh food of all the kinds we wanted without even asking. When we went to pay, they let us grab free ice cream cones on our way out. Overall a great experience and I’ve been going since I was a kid. No complaints. The food is delicious

My father and I stopped for lunch today(10/18/25) and had the nastiest, barely edible food. My dad and I are both from Cortland and we used to eat here all the time, however after today, never again. Food wasn’t even warm. Steam was coming from the tables, but the food cooled before we could eat it. When my dad complained, he was told to get the food at the bottom of the tray! Really!!! Wow.

Came in to eat dinner with my family tonight (12/28/24) we were seated fairly quickly and as I sat my kids down with their food I went up to gather mine. I sat down for not even a minute before putting a mushroom in my mouth, feeling a nasty crunch and pulls out a cockroach out. I tried getting the man who sat us and he looked at me and walked the other direction as I was asking him to come to me. My father had to pull him aside and he had nothing to say. So we left. No apology nothing. I highly recommend to not eat here. I am disgusted and repulsed by this. The health department will be notified especially from what it looks like, I’m not the first person who has experienced this. 0 stars

We will not eat here again the bathrooms were gross and floors were sticky. The taste of the food was less then edible. And there was not a good variety.The only thing nice was the staff. Needs alot of work. I can’t give it any stars….

This place wasn’t packed when I got there, and the food was still fresh and hot. Almost $15 I paid for dinner but it was all I could eat, and I’m really full. The apple pie was perfectly filled and buttery, the pizza was thin and crunchy, great tasting cheese, the egg roll was filled with cabbage and soft. No issues at all, friendly atmosphere and great food.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Used to go there quite a bit, but it has seriously declined. It’s dirty. There’s barely any food out even a various times. They open at 10:30, but don’t expect anything fresh. It’s left over and usually nasty. Went another time around 11:30. Same thing. I love the broccoli and cheese, and we were told just to wait, but they never brought it out. The lady is rude most of the time, and doesn’t care. Go somewhere else if you’re craving Chinese food

We order to go about 99% if the time. The lady who works the front and answers the phone is amazing! She knows who it is calling and knows what my son likes to special order that is off the paper menu. Because we order to go, the food is always hot and fresh. She is always so nice, tossing in a lot of extra fortune cookies or a doughnut or two or some other treat for my son. Even the rest of the staff are really nice. Last time we bought food there, I stopped and ordered onsite instead of calling ahead. It was a cold sleeting night. She asked the young staff member bring me tea while I waited. I’m surprised anyone has negative remarks about the people there.
