I went to Corona’s Mexican Grill for lunch today in Strasburg,CO. It was my first visit. I went with my father & brother. We were greeted like old friends by the staff as we walked in. We were able to pick our table. The place was bright, colorful & clean. They had a full bar set up & plenty of seating. The staff was quick with the cold drinks that never went dry, and basket of chips with salsa. The Queso dip was out of this world!! Definitly have to try it. The food came out simply straight,It was Hot! It was Fresh! And it was Fast! I had the cheese enchilads, they were really good. My family enjoyed there meals as well! We really enjoyed our time at Corona’s! Its definitly the best option for Mexican food in the Strasburg & Byers area. 5 stars. I highly recommend trying out Corona’s Mexican Grill.

Great service. Huge breakfast burrito for $10. Everything else seemed pricey, but it was delicious so probably worth it.

Struggled to serve a large party but food was good. Difficulty getting our checks sorted out but over all it was an okay adventure.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of food for the price. We use to always come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today we came for lunch. My daughter and myself got chicken straps and fries. The strips were way over cooked almost burnt, the fries didn’t have any salt on them and not fully cooked just soggy! I doubt we will ever come back. Over the years it’s all been going down hill. Also asked for alot of ranch and we only got 2 small containers… very disappointed. I do not recommend going here.

We went on a busy Friday night and ate outside. The waitress was very busy and still so very friendly. She wore her mask and didn’t touch it once. She brought extra chips and salsa and refreshed our beers as needed. The food was amazing. I had crispy rellenios. They were small but delicious. The rice and beans are so good. Best taco I have ever had.

I’ve been a customer of Corona’s for years. They used to be top notch. The food was so good. Fast forward to now. The quality and taste of their food has really declined. The price has gone up significantly. The last time I was there my feet stuck to the floor as the hostess took us to our seats. All of the staff kept walking through it and made no attempt to clean it up. Almost as if they were just used to the filth. The table was sticky and we ended up moving to another table. It’s kind of sad because the restaurant situation on the eastern I-70 corridor is spartan at best. So when the existing selection is cut down by a restaurant that just goes through the motions it forces one to drive to the metro area to dine out. Too bad.

Atmosphere was great! Staff was absolutely fabulous!! Did not use restroom, unsure of cleanliness. They only got four stars because the food was not to die for. Appetizer nachos was my favorite part. But my shredded beef taco salad was not shredded & a bit dry. Margarita was pretty good

I will go back! I felt like they definitely deserve a second chance for many reasons. I can’t wait I love Mexican food!!

Local place and I’ve eaten there several times over the past several years, but after eating there last week, the next time it’s suggested to go there, I’m going to opt out and go to Taco Bell instead. First, we stood for almost 10 minutes when we got there with no greeting and they weren’t busy. While we stood waiting, we noticed a table sending something back to the kitchen, not a good sign. Then once we did get a table the waitress didn’t quite seem to understand how to get the 2 drinks to the correct people out of the 3 of us. When she finally came back to get our orders, the chip basket had sat empty a good 10 minutes. Then she looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for multiple baskets and sauces to counteract the slow service. Once the food did get there, one of the meals didn’t have the topping for the potatoes and had to be requested. My order arrived and I ordered red sauce and it came with green sauce. I informed the guy that was either the cook or dishwasher (or both) and he returned about 5 minutes later with my new dish with the correct sauce but it wasn’t even hot in the middle or outside from the microwave. The dish normally should take about 15 minutes in the oven and scald your mouth with gooey cheese. This was no where near anything like it should have been. After the check was dropped off we were asked how everything was and my friend’s said “good” before I could say “pretty lousy”. The night wasn’t a total loss I guess…the margarita was good at least. Going to be quite a while before I go back.

It was busy! I mean slammed. We had a cute waitress in training help us on the patio. She did terrific for her first time. Food came out fast. It was tasty and filling. If you order “hot”, you’d better have some ice water near by! Loved the ‘heat’. Lastly, the owner/manager found time enough to visit with us for a minute or two. He was busy, but managed a quick conversation and wished us well in a race at nearby High Plains Road course. Great experience!
