Really nice stop for lunch today. To tell you the truth, we were taken back by the small menu selections. The atmosphere is very nice…a wine bar feel. We sat out on the balcony. Again… very nice. The food came out quickly and fresh. It was….. very nice. Get it? It’s a very nice place. Nothing outstanding or over and beyond what you’ll get elsewhere, but they do things well and the food is good. The prices are maybe a bit high, but you can say that everywhere right now. I had the fish and chips ($25). Lake Erie Walleye with an herbal aoli. It was great, honestly. That walleye dish is an example of why lake erie walleye has such a great reputation. J got the corner smash burger ($19). A double patty cheeseburger with aged cheddar. It was very juicy. The cheese was great. Sauce was very good. A really, good burger. Fries were also pretty good. Coleslaw…. very, very light. The perfect coleslaw for a fish dinner. I’ll be honest with you here. I don’t like coleslaw. I’ve never eaten more than a small bite at one time in my life. This was the first coleslaw in my 50+ years that I actually ate and enjoyed the whole thing. Finished every bite. So there’s that! Would I go back. Absolutely! We enjoyed it! Would I suggest it to an out of town friend looking for something great and different? Maybe not.

I came for the lavender cocktail, I stayed for Gracie. Incredible bar tender and girl’s girl. I wish her every success because she deserves it. Great burger too. Cheers!

We had dinner at Pitchfork this past weekend and sat on their beautiful patio. The atmosphere both inside and out is lovely, inviting, and clean. My husband had the duck with mashed potatoes, and I had the pork chop with grits, which were both cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. We started with a charcuterie board, which was packed with delicious goodies and flavor combinations. The drinks were good and strong. Our waitress was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. The prices are kinda high, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely be back!

Really excellent dinner here on the deck. Oysters on a beautiful evening outside. The dishes ordered were delicious and the service was impeccable. The 3% credit card fee is being deducted from what would be a five star review. One wouldn’t think it necessary in 2024 but next time I’ll take the $350 in cash to avoid a disappointing surprise at the conclusion.

Morgan is amazing! She has become a friend. Go see her and order espresso martini or the corner bloom. She makes the best martinis ever and is as sweet as the drinks are ❤️

An amazing place for fantastic food, upscale atmosphere, and exceptional staff. I frequent CP on the regular and have had nothing but wonderful experiences and great times with friends and while dining alone. The smash burger, lobster burger, bbq pork sandwich and wings (preference being the Nashville Hot flavor) are a few of my favs. While the quality is exceptional, the menu (same for lunch and dinner) can use more options (specials, perhaps?) which is why I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 (that said, the weekend brunch menu DOES offer a few different and delectable options). The quality of the team is REALLY where CP shines. Abby, Marianne, Morgan, Ryan and Tiffany are attentive, friendly, and engaged behind the bar while Deb, Jen, Matt, Sara, and Tara provide exceptional, friendly service table side. The owner, Tom, and manager, Jim, are frequently present and quick with a handshake and “hello”. As an admitted, well-traveled foodie, I can say CP, along with the food and especially the staff, is a hidden gem and should NOT be missed!! Well done, TEAM CP, and THANK YOU!

So friend and I went for dinner without reservations and ended up at the bar.
The service was very good, although they have her a different wine than she ordered.
Well we weren’t terribly impressed with our dishes. I had the burger, which was good but nothing special. And the fries were those types that are battered dipped and/or double fried. So they have an extra puffy crispy outside. Again taste nothing special.
My friend had halibut with cold noodles, and while the halibut was very good the noodles were very spicy and at the same time bland.
We did see a gnocchi dish the person next to us had and that looked fantastic.

Pitchfork is a restaurant my wife and I have been looking around NE Ohio for quite some time! Our server, Hannah, was personable and friendly and made our evening experience delightful. The atmosphere is second to none, with the perfect amount of lighting and a ton of greenery. Cocktails were prepared in a timely manner and were delicious. The Gris Gris Dip appetizer was extremely flavorful and served with a crisp focaccia. The walleye special was thickly breaded and served with a bold flavor of house made ranch seasoning. The Farmer’s Rail Burger was cooked to perfection and was complemented with fresh and plentiful condiments and add ons. Would highly recommend any time you are passing through the Fairlawn/Ghent area!

We had the best experience! We found them on TikTok and decided to go. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing!! It was only 20 minutes away and we never knew! We definitely cannot wait to go back again. I’d get that giant wedge salad everyday of my life. My husband had the duck. Let’s not forget the most delicious baked brie with blueberry and bacon!!! Wow!! I can see it becoming a regular for us and we never go out to eat!

Really, I want to give two stars, but it wasn’t quite that bad, but just barely so. The problem here is the prices in relation to the quality of the food. The presentation was fine, it’s the flavors that are just falling short of the mark and, for me, most of all the temperature of the food. Tepid is the word that comes to mind with everything. It all seemed plated cold and slightly warmed to me. My wife says her curry dish was a lot like curry dishes she had made at home in taste, her couscous was refrigerator cold. Maybe that’s what they were going for, but it didn’t go over well. The best things on the table were the drinks. The grilled carrots weren’t even hot or warm again tepid. The grilled broccoli was dry and tough and a bit over charred. The dessert I got was the seasonal baked apples at $16, and the best thing on the plate was the custard. The apples were blah. I cannot in a good conscience give this place a four- or five-star rating, and the three-star rating is a stretch. But I think the two might be a bit harsh. So, a three it is. The location (building) is attractive. I didn’t make it to the restroom so I cannot speak on its appearance or cleanliness level. The main dining area is quite nice and inviting, clean and very nicely decorated. The service was good, the manager came over and spoke, I couldn’t bring myself to be honest about the food with him though. The waitress was helpful, attentive, and prompt. They are just about there except for in the most major of areas given their area of service, THE FOOD. For a cost of just shy of $300 for two with tip (which is a whole different conversation, I won’t get into here) again I cannot recommend this establishment. I first saw this business on Instagram.
