Ive order from here 3 times. First time I go y the turkey wings, they were dry, the string beans was good. This last time I got a catfish sandwich. I waited over 20 mins. My food was waiting to be bagged for almost 10 mins. I asked about it, was told to wait. Was made to wait a few more minutes as the manager (I believe) stopped the guy who was bagging talk to him and noone else would bag my order but gave me dirty looks because I started complaining. I asked for tater sauce and utensils, the man said my tater sauce was in my bag, closed it up and handed it to me and walked to the back. He never put my utensils in and I had to ask someone else. Don’t go here if you in a rush or care about customer service.

Food used to be really good. now the food is dry overcooked and old. I ordered 2 turkey wing portion dinners very dry, with no gravy the meat was hard. the lo mein noodles very starchy. also bought a whiting fish diner, string beans were and dry. Macaroni and cheese is box macaroni and cheese horrible, the fish was horrible hard greesy. I spend over $40 in food just to trash it. unfortunately this place has declined

I only been here once and was shocked the menu had an overwhelming amount of options to choose from. I saw a lot of customers but still did not care to wait for my food. I got the catfish platter with mac & cheese and sweet potatoes. The catfish was okay. The sweet potatoes were good but the mac and cheese was okay too. Mac & cheese is my favorite so wish it wasn’t bland. Please watch Tini’s baked mac and cheese recipe on TikTok. I will go back and try something else. I’ll give it another try.

So Satisfied! Very clean atmosphere and the staff was friendly. My first time but definitely not my last. I brought the catfish platter with teriyaki green beans & cheesy broccoli…all delicious & worth the $14.68. Fish fresh, fried & seasoned well. I don’t usually like takeout side items but there’s was good. They have a large menu…that’s a plus.
Only issue was the cornbread as a part of the platter ( hard & dry)

I ordered baked chicken wings and cabbage on 1/6/2025.
And I feel very insulted about what I was given.
It looked like it was cooked in a hurry (undercooked).
The bread was hard and I threw it away immediately.
I’m pretty sure I paid US dollars and not monopoly money, that you quickly accepted, but my food looks like it was prepared by someone I owed money to and had yet to pay back. SMH

This food was delicious. Seasoned well and nice and hot. You would never know what’s to offer until you go inside. I thought it was the average Carryout store.. Boy was I wrong. The perfect buffet of items to please everyone in the group.

This place usually has a line but it wasn’t busy when I arrived. I placed an order for a salad with chicken salad, wings and potato wedges. It took well over 10 minutes for the guy to make the order because he talked and talked with the cashier that started cleaning the case. The person after me ordered from a different cashier and that cashier packed her chicken order herself and the customer left before I got my order. After seeing other customers start to come and go I started to lose my patience. I asked another person if she could help me because the guy kept talking in Spanish to his coworker right in front of me. After he heard me complaining he started to move faster….go figure.

The service is very slow, even if your the only customer. It’s as if everyone is on a slow pill. I love their Salmon but a lot of times it wasn’t completely cooked. Some of their vegetables look so dried out which is not appetizing at all.

Ssooooo I asked for a 2 piece laketrout & a side of Western Fries. I got these 3 newborn baby size pieces of laketrout!! Pretty good. The paper menu prices need to be updated though. It says 7.99 for a small 2 piece laketrout, but like I said, received 3 huge pieces which was 13.99 + my fries which ended up being $18. Ssoooooo I’m not necessarily complaining and will say what I received was worth the price, just can’t eat all of this by myself ♀️The fish was seasoned good. I do recommend. I guess the homeless will be happy because I don’t like wasting food and always give my leftovers to the homeless.
