Husband & I loved the home town ambience, and delicious fresh food of this restaurant. Staff was extemely friendly, professional and attentive. After visiting the classic cars auto show on main street noticed this quaint and welcoming restaurant and decided to try it the next time we were in the area. Food is fresh and delicious. Prices reasonable. Potatoes are prepared fresh daily. Have had breakfast at other establishments and many of the places used frozen hash browns or potatoes. Can definately taste the difference in the quality and the way they are prepared. I also liked the fact food was not greasy as I experienced in some other places.
Nice menu. Breakfast all day and also lunch and some entrees. Will defintely return and is at the top of my favorite list. I had the hash brown skillet, and my husband the Ultimate omlet.

Sweat Less Travel
This is a charming little downtown restaurant. Let me tell you it really sets Corner Café apart from so many other restaurants. The people here are spectacular. And I don’t say that lightly. Everyone here is among the friendliest waitstaff we’ve ever encountered in all our years of dining and traveling. They make you wanna come back again and again. Even after only two visits, we feel like regulars at this place. And you know what? We probably will be soon.

Been coming here for a number of years now. I love this place. The excellent soups are homemade and the food is top notch. Have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very efficient and attentive and make you feel like family.

My mom and I were in the area and looking for a place to eat breakfast/lunch. I looked for breakfast places and corner cafe came up. The atmosphere was phenomenal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was super quick! I definitely recommend the cream of chicken and rice soup and my mom recommends the croissant sandwich! We will definitely be back!

As someone who stopped into Peotone over the weekend for an event I did not expect to stumble upon the gem that is the Corner Café. Everything I ate while dining at this establishment was like experiencing food for the first time since leaving home. While the food alone would have me coming back to this place, the customer service skills of the staff took the entire experience to the next level. If you ever find yourself in the area do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.

Food was really good I got a chicken Malibu with fries and a nice broccoli cream soup pretty good soup was salty but I liked it cuz I like salt. Italian beef was delicious. The juice of the Italian beef was a little spicy but I really enjoyed it.
